I've been in health care my entire life! I do not share this information at all. In which case, the care I've received and continue to receive and watch is absolutely disappointing, disturbing, and disgusting to say the least!! Never in my lifetime, would I ever dream of treating people the way I have been treated! I am NOT from the state of AZ & I thank GOD I'm not. I feel sorry for the people who need a Urologist or simply need to be seen at Yuma Regional Medical Center. The staff at this office are incompetent, Professional liars, & have absolutely no bed side manner & should be fired. Example: I call the office to ask if the Dr read my urine results. (I have read said urine results) I was told, the urine culture was not back yet. I told this incompetent staff member, that's impossible. I have the results in my chart,(online) I've read them. So, they are back. Incompetent staff member repeats herself, yes, we do not have the urine culture results. We are waiting for the results. Now, if I can see the results? Exactly what results would the Doctor be waiting for exactly? I was diagnosed with a 9mm kidney stone almost 4weeks ago. I guess laying around with infection after infection, and excruciating pain, 4nights in the ER means absolutely nothing to the Doctor!! I highly recommend staying out of YUMA PERIOD!! AND FAR AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS OFFICE!!
Can in once waited an hour for him, then came back in 2weeks later. Was told I had to have a test before I could be seen. Nobody told me that!!! I was told to get the test & come back in another 2weeks. The waiting room was full with no chairs. It turned one around & she started to tell me I couldn’t do that but changed her mind. The waiting time for the doctor was 2hrs!! I left & called them told how bad the help was & I wouldn’t wait for any doctor for 2 hrs. They need better help!!!
He LIED to my face after he did kidney stone removal and said he would take it out in 5 days when I called his office they informed me he doesn't take Medicaid and told me go to another doctor ! What happened to the oath they take when they became a Doctor ! He don't care thanks alot So called Dr. Solimen
Horrible time management, lacks respect for patients, zero communication. If you have absolutely nothing better to do then spend your time in the waiting area while the doctor is not even in the office, then this guy and location is the place for you!
I wouldn't of given a star if I could. Appt for 1:00. Don't even go back until 1:45. After 2 & still haven't seen Doc. He's a Urologist so if there was an emergency they should let you know! This is ridiculous!
Awesome and caring and to the point. I love drs like that.
I had an appointment for today at 9am. Knowing I'd have paperwork for my initial appointment, I came in at 8:45am. After completing my documentation, I waited until 10:25 am. At that time, I was given a room to go to. By 10:30 am and not getting any medical attention I walked out. Furious that I had waited an hour and a half. HOW RUDE!
Dr. Soliman treated me for a kidney stone and follow-on visits. His office staff are very respectful, courteous and professional. Dr. Soliman is a caring and thorough physician who I am thankful to have taking care of my medical needs.
I had canceled my appointment, at my appointment, because I didn’t have a mask. They said, “you must have a mask to enter,” I told the receptionist “i forgot it.” I then asked “if i could have one” and she responded with “we don’t have any.” A doctor’s office that doesn’t have masks. She told me, “you’re going to have to reschedule,” so I canceled. I’ll go to Phoenix, where I won’t have to reschedule due to mask.
On phone when setting up a first time patient visit. Told them my fathers insurance was medicare with United Health. they set up the appointment, 2+ weeks latter when we arrive for the appointment we are told they do NOT take my fathers insurance.. WTH?! If you KNOW someones insurance will not be accepted why make an appointment?!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
