Natasha Bolotinsky's Online Review Report Card

It seems my old review is gone so Im reposting it. I was a bit apprehensive about this provider after seeing the bad reviews on Google, but I decided to give her a shot. I'm saddened to say that the other reviewers were in fact right, and this provider's lack of professionalism, empathy, or tact was atrocious. I went in looking for help with anxiety attacks. I explained that I have severe trauma with having medication forced down my throat for years as a teenager and that I'm not looking for something daily as I personally don't feel comfortable with it due to that. She insisted that I needed depression medication and that I was refusing treatment. I politely informed her that I am not refusing treatment but that I don't feel comfortable being told I need daily medication for one thing when the reason I was here was another thing entirely, and that I would like to be treated for my actual pressing issue. She then proceeded to tell me unprompted that she wouldn't prescribe me Xanax or (another drug, I don't remember which) to which I replied "I did not ask for that? I just needed something that would help me not have to go to the hospital a few times a year when I feel like I can't breathe." I then politely told her this wasn't a good fit for me and walked out. All in all, this provider was rude, tactless, and implied I was a drug seeker and then proceeded to get rude when when I specifically told her that I did NOT want daily meds. (Which to be honest I don't understand why she would name drop medications she won't give me that I didn't ask for, putting words in my mouth, and then proceed to want to medicate me with yet another thing I didn't ask for, for a problem I wasn't there for to begin with.) I think perhaps she should take her own advice and look into getting a diagnosis and medication for herself because normal people do not treat other human beings like this without some severe emotional and power/control issues. I've seen dozens of head doctors since I was a preteen and I've never in my life seen someone so incompetent and rude.

The fact that Ms. Bolotinsky is absent from her patients requests/inquires for help, should be a violation of breach of duty of standard of care. Ms. Bolotinsky should be kept accountable for her atrocious behavior she displays to her needy patients. She lacks empathy, compassion and a true understsnding of the study of medicine. She is incompetant and dismissive towards the concerns of her patients. She should not practice psychiatry. She causes more harm than good. Someone needs to file complaints to the AZ board of medicine and tell them about her breaches of duty to her patients.

The fact that Ms. Bolotinsky buys positive reviews to make her look like angel is just beyond. Ms. Bolotinsky cannot comprehend all the information she is receiving from her patient's bad reviews. She is incompetent, self serving, and most of all lacks empathy and understsnding for her patients. She should not be working as a psychiatrist. Her patients are experiencing a lot of trauma from meeting with her. I urge someone to please let authorities know sbout her bahvior.

Very dismissive and condescending. If a medication is causing serious issues with your mental health even on the first day you should be able to stop it without being judged. She had a negative and condescending attitude when I expressed myself. She was not allowing me to speak and when called out on her behavior her tone changed and she acted as if I was imagining her attitude. I decided to leave the appointment with grace and ask to see another Dr. I was not loud nor projecting my disappointment on anyone in the office no one knew we had an issue until I had to ask for another provider and was asked why. She then decided that I was not going to be able to see anyone at that clinic for no reason other than her own bias. She sent me a letter dismissing me from services at the YRMC Behavioral Health clinic. I am asking for help I am a person who deserves respect, dignity, care, and non judgment from a person who is the mental health field or any other care provider. Just because I have mental health concerns does not mean I am out of my mind and cant stand up for myself Dr. or not. Now that she has had her way, I can no longer get the treatment I need because I can only get care at YRMC clinics due to being on the financial assistance program and she know this. In my opinion this is retaliation from the provider because I told her that she made me feel uncomfortable and I wanted to see someone else because of her attitude towards me for asking for help. Like a punishment for telling her how I felt about her unwarranted treatment towards me. I hope someone at YRMC can talk to her about the type of treatment she gives the members of this community. It is obvious in these reviews that I am not the only one that has experienced her unprofessional demeaner.

Just pushed antidepressants. Didn’t listen to me. In a hurry. Completely blocked any option of seeking further what was in going on with me. Wasn’t open to anything except antidepressants. Very discouraging for someone who struggles with getting some help.

Due to the poor experience I had at Dr. Bolotinsky's, I ended up filing a complaint with the state and the hospital due to the treatment I received. I was told by her supervisors and the human rights officer at the hospital that her behavior was inappropriate and would be dealt with by the HR department. As far as I know it was addressed.
