Dr. Norma Walks has caused me extreme pain and anxiety for the last year of my life. She never apologized for the bad outcome of my surgery. She never did anything to help me cope.

Dr Walks made us feel so comfortable during a time that was not so pleasant. She was very reassuring and explained in detail her findings and what her plan was. I was able to assist my grandmother at her appointment and I appreciate the office allowing me to go back and listen to Dr Walks during this pandemic. They made sure we had everything we needed and that all of our questions and concerns were answered. I am thankful for this team.

Dr. walks has a very pleasant manner, comfortable and professional. She is very knowledgeable in her field of surgery. She explains everything in detail and answers all questions. She does not skirt around difficult Discussions but has compassion and a caring heart. She gives people all the available options, including getting other opinions from other physicians and facilities. She always told me that I had the final decision in what she would do for me. She always returned my calls. Her staff was kind, professional and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr Walks and her staff.
