Thank you Dr. Fernando for helping me resolve my medical concerns. Dr. Fernando knows what he is doing and I feel quite confident in his knowledge of medicine. The staff is well trained and the cost of services was very fair !

Dr. Fernando's office visit was a waste of time, money, and energy. I was referred for migraine help. Entering the office, they were burning potpourri and the smell was very strong. I filled out my paperwork outside hoping that when called upon, the examination room would allow relief from the smell. I waited twenty minutes to be seen. Dr. Fernando said that he only visits with patients in the waiting area. We did not have any privacy and no vitals were taken like blood pressure. He said that migraines are genetic and shrugged his shoulders when I said I have no family members, except for an aunt, who have had migraines. He pulled a magazine from the table which had an ad for a daily prevention medication and said this was one of three options I had. I can continue taking my reaction medicine, take those prevention, or get a shot that would cost me $1000 per month. I asked if there are behaviors that could influence migraines and he shrugged his shoulders. I got up and left, but I had the start of a migraine from the burning potpourri.

Warning, he is the worst doctor I very seen in my life of almost seventy years. He can not read what a other doctor wants tested. He does what he wants to when he wants too do it and does not read the other doctor's order to himself to test that area the other doctor wants tested. This is an WARNING, WARNING, do not go to him at any cost. I believe he is the worst doctor in Yuma right now!!!!!!!!

Dr Fernando is a nice man with a kind bedside manner, always warns you if there might be any pain - but there wasn’t any. Staff takes all precautions to protect patients from Covid. Good experience!

The staff at this place are not verry nice my father has Dementia and Staff don't seem uounderstand that my dad will not remember his appointment.

I scheduled with him for a second opinion. I had an 11:30 phone consultation scheduled with him. I confirmed and pulled up my MyCare profile ready to go, I after working as a medical assistant knew he may be a little late so I had my phone on me and saw an office note was started for me. I assumed that meant his call would come soon. Well, finally at noon I figured there must have been some mistake and I called the office. I spoke with a woman named Tonya the doctor wasn’t in the office she further explained that he must not have felt he had enough of my information and decided to just not conduct the appointment or advise anyone to let me know. I explained to her that there was an after visit note in MyCare for an appointment that never happened. She said she would cancel the appointment and I would not be billed for this. For legality reasons and self assurance I am writing this review to ensure I won’t be billed. At first I took his lack of decency personally not only did he not show respect or civility to me as a person but he also completely disregarded me as a patient. Once I saw his reviews I had to laugh - it wasn’t personal at all and he is just very much living up to his single star review.

After the visit the doctor refused to tell me what I could do to help my self but advised I seek care in asstant living. Said the condition of my nerve damage was bad and would get worse. Refuses to answer calls or set up appts with him or anyone that could help. I waited 3/4 weeks for this appt and now must wait till Nov to seek help with another.

He does not listen. He’s very rude. Made his diagnosis right away even without testing done. Just wasted my time seeing him.
