Rodney D. Henderson's Online Review Report Card

I had my right knee replaced last year by Dr Henderson. He is a fantastic job! His office staff was so helpful all the time. I feel sorry for those who went somewhere else for their surgery.

Over all Dr. Henderson and staff very nice and friendly.

I waited over a month for an appointment, recd a call two days before to confirm, I confirmed. I arrived early and was about to sign in when I was told my appt had been canceled! HUH?! I was told the appt was cancelled because i didn’t pre-register and I had to reschedule. Im confused bc when they were canceling the appt why couldn’t they call and advise me that i needed to pre register! Because of my current health condition I made several appts this month, and was able to pre register online, I honestly thought I had preregistered online with this office, I have 100 percent insurance coverage, that could have been verified right then, the staff was apologetic and offered no immediate solution, only to reschedule. I am a Senior on a fixed income, time and gas wasted bc of a “unfriendly to patients” policy of preregistration. Needless to say, I was upset and I still in pain :( and have to wait weeks, suffering with pain before next appt.

Attitude and customer service of the lady handling the front was rude and not welcoming at all. Approach and explaining what occurred could have been handled more professionally. When one is the greeter, no matter the situation, professionalism is always the key to customer service.

HORRIBLE experience Dr. walks in doesn't even look at the x-ray on the monitor,says my knee is totally shot.CT scan report says moderate arthritis. His attitude was HORRIBLE DON'T GO TO THIS ONE

very overdue review but got a reminder in an old email - in 2009 I was in a horrible MVA with many fractures. He helped me medically with walking, even taking glass out of my eyebrow that was over looked and tried to help with victims financial assistance. I appreciated him and his staff. his heart was in the right place at that time and I am very thankful for that and have healed considerably.

Excellent surgeon and friendly staff. I highly recommend this office. Replaced both of my hips and both surgeries were successful with rapid recoveries and minimal pain. Couldn't have asked for better results!

A JEWEL in the Desert!!!! Amazing Experience, Extremely Talent, knowledgeable, one of a kind, and we got him here in yuma. My huspand had total KNEE Replacement , next day he was walking, feeling great. And the staff is WOW!! They are helpful, polite, friendly. THANK THANK DR. Dr. Henderson. You Are special.. No wonder my neighbors, are running and,feeling great. They got knees,and hips, with Dr Henderson. LOVE you..

Straight forward with concern. Ask questions and he'll take the time to answer. Hip replacement very successful.

I wish there was a negative star bacause I wouldn't ever recommend this Dr. to anyone. I made my appointment over the phone and was not told that I had to pre-register. If I was told I would've asked how they would prefer me to do that; Phone, online or paper. So I know I wasn't told. 2 days prior I was sent a text to confirm or change my appt. I confirmed. There was NO mention of a pre-registration. I showed up for my appt to be informed that it was cancelled because I didn't register. The office person called me a liar when I told her I didn't get that info. Then when I filled the paperwork out, she showed it to her coworkers. I actually saw the Dr. standing there and he showed no concern as to why I was distressed. After talking to several people, this isn't the first time this has happened.
