ONE OF THE NICEST DOCTORS I'VE EVER BEEN TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING ABOUT MY ARTHRITIS AND MY HANDS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I DID APPRECIATE EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME AND UNLIKE MOST DOCTORS I GO TO HE DID NOT SEEM TO BE IN A BIG HURRY HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. I WOULD SAY HE WAS THE BEST DOCTOR I'VE EVER BEEN TO.

This review is STRICTLY about Dr Zerr. I see a trend of whoever responds to these reviews taking credit for "the staff" or whatever but this is ONLY about Dr Zerr. Dr Zerr treats me like an equal human being. He listens and talks about options with me, unlike other doctors in this system (YRMC). I have recommended him and will continue to do so. He is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He seems like he appreciates his patients and understands they could go elsewhere. He doesn't just default to some opioid pain pill like MAnY other Doctors are doing (because big pharm pushes it all). Dr Zerr is genuine and I hope he'll be my ortho doc until I don't need one any longer. Thanks, Doc!

I’ve seen Dr. Zerr a few times and found him pleasant and knowledgeable (great bedside manner). I had a bit of a situation trying to get something scheduled but Yessica was able to save the day.😊🙏🏻

I went to Dr.Zerr and found him to have an excellent personality. He made me feel like he really cared and listened. He then gave me options and he said the choice was mine. I recommended him to my wife who will see him shortly. I felt extremely confident in his ability and knowledge. Other physicians could take lessons from him.
