Saad Al Alou's Online Review Report Card

The absolute worst pediatrician in town. He mistreats patients when he sees they are on AHCCCS. He talks to parents in the WORST manner you can think of. I will be calling the BBB on this poor excuse of a man.

I am extremely disappointed at the approach that was taken to care for patients during this pandemic. My child has fever, throat hurts and has a headache. There is no way that she can be diagnosed through telemedicine. A urinalysis won’t be done, she has had reoccurring ear infections and her ears won’t be checked, she cannot be tested for strep. Dr. Saad is very good doctor. He is taking very good care of my kids.

Dr. Alou and his staff are the best!! They are very nice people and they make the kids feel comfortable. Dr. Alou's attention to each child's medical history and his concern for the children is wonderful; he really cares about kids.

Billing department has owed me $100 for 6 months now. They lost a check and now they want me to pay $25 to put a stop payment on the check they lost before they refund me the $100!!

We love Dr. Alou! (My son thinks his name is Baloo, like the bear) He's so kind and great with my son. His office is always busy, so there's usually a long wait, but I don't hold that against him. He's created a kid-friendly environment and the staff often give small gifts to the kids, especially after vaccinations. His examinations are also quick and to the point but he'll also answer any questions I have. I'm very pleased with my experiences so far.

At my son's 3 year check up Dr. Alou told me that my son is probably autistic. He said this without approaching, touching or talking to my son. Immediately after approaching and interacting with my son he said there's no way he's autistic. I wish that the doctor would have examined my son before suggesting he was autistic. At the same visit my son failed a hearing test. The doctor referred us to a very expensive hearing test in Phoenix. The hearing test in Phoenix showed no hearing problems. The doctor also billed us twice for the 3 year check up because he answered a question about speech development. Alou's office was unwilling to reverse the double billing.

Great with my children and very personable.

This is a pediatrician that will forever leave a NEGATIVE lasting impression on me and my children. In a nutshell, he managed to display the most awful traits any physician should have. He insulted my parenting in choosing to abstain from some childhood vaccines, he said my beliefs were wrong and that he KNEW better than me. He continued to stress that our parenting choices using alternative remedies in addition to his care was foolish. Lastly, he kept pushing for me to have my 12 year old child get the new Gardisil vaccine. The same vaccine that left several girls dead shortly after receiving this vaccine. No way will we return to him!!!! On a positive note, the front desk staff is friendly.

I was taking my two kids there for years!!! Then one day they told us we owed them Money!! money that I didn't know of until that day!!! The lady that was doing the billing was very rude and made it seem like it had been there for years and we need it to pay!!! I asked the staff why was I not informed of it sooner and she explained they got a new software and that it was show up now what was owed!!!! Now I have always pay what I owed!! Went home my husband and I talked about it!! We could not afford to pay the amount that they where asking at the time!!!! Time passes!! And my kids were doing great right no issues!! Well with our busy schedule forgot to pay the dumb bill!!! What do they do I was told "since it had been there for years" mind we just found out!!! We were told!!! In this exact words " oh, now that your kids need to see him you want to pay!!!! Wow!!!! So they kicked us out!!!! Yes kicked us out!!! When my son need it him the most!!!! And we were going to pay!!!!!! Ugh!!! Frustrating!!!
