The crew that help the Dr. set the appointments and should be contacting the patients never communicate with me to explain that I need to register with them before the appointment so when I arrived they canceled me because they said I was late to fill out forms and itwill take time to do that..

Dr.was kind to see me in the hospital Told me to schedule an appointment in 2 weeks. As I showed up for my appointment today, I was 10 minutes late because I had a hard time finding the office, I was told I could not be seen. My next appointment will be in 6 weeks

They were all about giving me scans that I already just had in my folder just so they could charge me for it. Then only to tell me that I need to go to a different specialist. The very specialist recommended and referenced them that I go see. Clowns. Didn't read referral that led me to them. Nice beautiful building full of incompetent, yet very aware of what is a quick billing. Get the money and then abdicate respsible medical care Easy Billings to Medicare then sent me on my way that's all they cared about.

Didn’t take long to be seen, but super nice waiting area. Dr. Shawn was super friendly, straight to the point, gave his personal opinion on what he things would be best and what wouldn’t help(with my particular instance), over all highly recommend this guy. Glad I have this Dr. taking care of my spine. Also, most jacked Dr. i’ve ever seen so that threw me for a loop when he walked in the room lol

I had a great experience with both the office staff and Dr. Hermenau himself. The staff was great about scheduling and reminders as well as making a reccomendation to get an MRI prior to the first visit. Dr. was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the visit and confident that my issues would be addressed. He was very respectful of my specific issues.

Dr Hermenau is an excellent spine guy. My surgery was a little more extensive than originally thought. So instead of the block, I got a cage. I went home and was doing fine, I ended up falling. Went back to ER. My back is bullet proof. Solid work done by this man. I feel excellent with his work. His staff is awesome during this also. My wife dealt with them after after the rehab facility. He also helped with me being introduced back home after the rehab.

I had cervical fusion in August, and I have had wonderful results. My pain is completely gone, function is restored in arm & hand. I have had friendly, efficient, informative service and thorough care. Very happy & grateful!!

Wouldn't even talk to us because husband is 6'4" and 280 lbs. (football player). Found him arrogant and not interested in helping, just $$$$
