Staff was very Pleasant. Waiting time way to long 2 hours in a waiting room full of people . They should have been calling patients to advise them before they traveled to the appointment. Once there and checked in they should have given us the option of leaving and returning for our appointment. I know some things are out of your control, but why have over 10 people in a waiting room with Covid protocols when there is not enough seating to accommodate those protocols?

My Mother had an MRI n was scheduled at 9 on 2/17/22. We arrived at the time requested n Mom was called in right away. The tech was very friendly n asked if we had any questions. I did not get her name but had a wonderful experience with her.On 2/16/22 my Mother went in for an ultrasound. Her appointment was scheduled for 4:00 n we arrived at 3/45. The experience for being a first time patient was unacceptable. My Mother is 94 years old n was not called in until 5:50. We than waited another 14/20 minutes before she was seen by a tech. The tech again was very friendly and apologized for the wait time since she was the only one doing ultrasounds that day. We did not get out of the office until 6:30 p.m.A gentleman by the name of Eddie Ortiz was very friendly n professional. He asked me questions apologized for the wait time n asked if we wuld like to come back the following day n my Mother can get both ultrasound n MRI done. I told him no since we’ve already had waited over two hours that we wuld come back. When I told him her MRI was scheduled for March 4th he said let me see wut I can do. He was kind enough to to schedule the MRI the following dayEddie also explained to me about wut SimonMed is about n wut he does. Even though the first appointment was disappointing I will use SimonMed in the future if needed.

I had the very best experience at SimonMed today. I had a cat scan and the wonderful lady that took care of me doing my scan (Maria) was absolutely amazing. She was so caring and personable and made me feel so comfortable. Thank you Maria 😊 💓

The staff is very helpful and kindThe Xray tech did a great job and was so nice to our 6 year old who was getting the x-rays done. The office is very busy and that is expected since it's winter.
