He has been our family dentist for almost 30 years. He usually presents a variety or treatment options and lets us chose which we prefer. In many cases he has saved us expensive care that wasn't necessary at the time or under the circumstances. We have been 100% satisfied with his care.

He has been our family dentist for almost 30 years. In all cases from simple fillings to crowns and extractions, he thoroughly explains all of the options available. That lets us, as patients choose the most effective and affordable plan of action. I appreciate the opportunity to participate in my care plan, an option previous dentists didn't always present.

I was one of the first appointments of the day, right at open time, and somehow my visit lasted 3+ hours for a cleaning and x rays. I had a crown that had come off which is why I made an appointment, for DR to rebond it, which he did not do. He said he'd send me home with something for it which he also did not do. They said they'd right me a list of information they needed from my previous dentist in another city in order to move forward. I never received that list. I spent a good 20 minutes waiting for the front desk girls to stop talking and bs-ing amongst each other while I trying to get checked out and out of the door because i had to get to work. I have been waiting on a call back from this office about my insurance since May, and I have still received nothing even after calling them twice. No consideration for people's time. Not thorough with their work, and extremely disorganized. Shitty experience, I don't recommend wasting your time unless ya got time to waste :)

Having issues with dentists in the past Dr. Rubish and his staff were very professional and made me feel right at home. His staff is always very nice and helpful. Highly recommend Avenue B Dental. Thanks. Jeff McBride
