Dr. Swetha Murthi was pleasant and seems knowledgeable. I do however am very displeased with the way this office is being ran. My doctor had discovered a thyroid issue nearly a year ago. I waited nearly 6 months to see Dr. Murthi. My PCP had taken every step to try and find some answers including ultrasounds, biopsy’s and more labs than I have ever had in my life. I have been very patient with Yuma regional specialists clinic just to be rescheduled and put off for 6 months. I haven’t felt well for the better part of a year and doing my part to try and get some answers and have not been met with the same care or consideration from this facility. My labs, ultrasound and over all symptoms have given them more than enough information to be able to help and yet nothing. I was told by Dr. Murthi to redo labs and ultrasound I completed both within a week and I can’t even get anyone from the Yuma regional specialist to look or read my labs to address anything I was told I would have to wait till April or that someone would call me within a day and look for the call it’s been days and nothing . Worst part of all this is work for Yuma regional and have always been told that as a company we care and that patients are the priority and that’s how I do my job every patient that walks through Yuma regional doors should be treated like how you should treat your own family with understanding, care and over all compassion. Now that I’m a patient i completely understand why the community complains about our company I have been let down and disappointed at almost every turn of this process. I most definitely understand why people choose to leave and go somewhere else to receive care even if that means leaving town . I may have to make that discussion as well.

This was my first visit with Dr. Murthi, she asked many questions and took her time to listen. I was very comfortable with her. Front desk ladies are very gracious and helpful as well.
