I had carpal tunnel surgery by this doctor and Yuma Arizona at Yuma regional hospital January 2022 my hand is terribly in a lot of pain I still get all the feelings I had before in it he never did that test where they do a shock or something anyways he did my surgery in January and then I got a letter in February that we no longer is allowed to be surgery at Yuma regional so now I'm paying for a doctor bill that I can't afford to pay with my hand still hurting I'm going to appeal it

Dr Runyon was amazing he worked on my trigger thumb and shoulder in the past the staff was amazing recently told he’s no longer with yuma regional would like to find out we’re he is now his skills and bedside manner are beyond perfect

The office staff was great. Tried really hard to get my surgery approved. Meeting with MD for fractured wrist might have lasted 60 seconds. He came in with another gentleman, never looked at my wrist or asked me how it was doing or introduced himself. Just looked at a computer and said” for cases like this we usually do surgery with pins, someone from the front will look for a time and come in”. I never saw him again until pre-op at which time he was a little more personable. No prescription pain med for 8 days while I waited for surgery.

I felt rushed, not heard, disregarded, misdiagnosed, and brushed off like there was more important things to do besides my appointment…. I will go somewhere else for surgery.

Late afternoon follow up appointment from spring of 2020. Pleasant staff, short wait time, but Dr seemed very disconnected from my issue. Not what I hoped for.
