In response to dr Fayad’s staff On Mon. I call for my husband’s blood pressure meds. Wed. during an appointment you explained how busy Mon and Tue were for you. Your responsibility to us lies in explaining your busy on those days. You don’t have time for prescriptions. We expect to be able to contact our Dr anytime. You explained you had 72 hours for a refill, I was at hour 48. You also explained several times I wasn’t your only patient. I responded with “maybe I need a new dr”. You responded with a shrug. Is that the Dr’s attitude? Friday the blood pressure meds had not been sent to the Military base. Im not sure why, retaliation or negligence. Either is serious, people without heart meds face serious heath risks. A full working week and no blood pressure med. Also, you need to be aware, as senior the other partner may have issues. In the last couple of weeks I’ve been in the ER with high blood pressure. This is unnecessary stress for me. Connie Boyles

He is a great Dr. but his staff has a lot of communication problems. He does phone appts but they won’t give a time for the appt. They expect you to wait all day when your appt is at 10am and might not call until 6 pm. They have not refilled my prescriptions in a timely matter and let me cold turkey off anti-depression meds which is a no no. There is no way they will give a message to the Dr or have him call you back unless you make a appt and I have been his patient for over 7 years. I think it’s time to find another Dr.

I have had him for three years and he is one of the best Dr.s I’ve had very informative,kind and has good bedside manner he cares about his patients.Best Dr. in town

Dr. Fayad by far is an excellent doctor. Great bedside manners and very thirral on diagnosis and care. I love him very much.

I've been with Dr Fayad for about 12 years. Best doctor ever. He is very knowledgeable. I have worked with many different doctors over many years in assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. By far picks up on diagnosis better than anyone else. Office wait times are typically short. I recommended Dr. Fayad to all my residents and friends every chance I get. They consistently come back and thank me.

Dr. Fayad is very smart. I recommend him to all my assisted living residents, friends and anyone else who might need a great doctor. Best in town.

Only sees his patients Monday and Tuesday nights. Very brief visits and pretty rude. My father is a patient. I've attended these "appointments". He misdiagnosed my father big time, basically told him he will die within the next few months. Doctor also dismisses family concerns, though after pressed for lab work, family was right to be concerned. Dismissive towards patient, patient's family, and just plain poor at his job.

Dr Fayad really cares about his patients. Takes great care to do things right. I have been and always am very impressed with him and his staff.
