BLUF: I have been lied to for 2 weeks while I try to get my prescription refilled after my last endocrinologist left YRMC. I have spent 2 weeks and 6 phone calls trying to get a prescription refill. Each time I am told the prescription has been sent to the pharmacy. The pharmacy tells me they haven’t received it. Today I am told the doctor would like to see me before he will refill my prescription but he is not in today. My appointment isn’t until June. Update 1: Office manager called to ask if anyone had reached out to inform me of an appointment they had made for me 9 days ago. My appointment was 9 days ago and now I’m being informed? I have called 3 times since this alleged appointment with no mention. Good news though, they can see me Monday. Look out for update 2 coming soon.

Dr yanal massinat himself is great. But those office ladies are something else. They call me today and say they're not going to fill my 90 day mail order perscription (Which is my usual prescription i've been getting for years) because i need to go every 3 months and i tell them i've been on schedule and the next opening for their office is March 2023.... So they are forcing me to pick up from walgreens and making me pay $52 each month instead of around $50 every 3 months.. because their schedule is full and are punishing me for it. when i explained this on the phone the same office lady that's worked there for years now (Still can't remember her name) hung up on me. Terrible Terrible people.

I am so happy that I found Dr. Masannat - Within 2 days, he changed my medicine, sent me to get labs on the first day and had a diagnosis the same day. He also made an appointment for an ultra sound and had a nurse contact me on the 2nd day. This man is wonderful. The best doctor I’ve ever had. And he explains what my disease is so I can understand. Thank you Dr. Masannat!

Dr. Massanat and the girls up front are always respectful and understanding! They try their best to accommodate with scheduling and Dr is great! He explains things well and genuinely expresses any concern he has. He is always on time and makes the appointment quick but effective. Thank you
