Ideal Image Medspa's Online Review Report Card

This review is to make people aware of what ideal image is doing. I spent over $4000 to do my legs and armpits and everything was fine in the beginning until COVID came. Ideal image was shut down for over a year and I also got COVID. When covid hit and everything was shut down we were told that our contracts would be honored and not to worry. I was told repeatedly by staff that I have 9 treatments no matter what it didnt matter how long it took. I even got them to make notes in my file because I was worried. Fast forward after getting covid and I try to make an appointment to now be told by staff that my 9 treatments were no longer valid. They gave me 1 courtesy treatment but have since denied my requests for the rest of the treatments I am owed. I have only had 6 treatments in total The people in the office have told me that all of this came from head office and they have no power to fix this issue.. So what did I do I contacted head office and the girl acted nice...said someone would call me and we would make this right..well that was almost a month ago and I cannot get ahold of the girl I talked too and no one will call me back. This is not right This is not how you do business You tell people DONT WORRY WE WILL HONOR ALL OF YOUR TREATMENTS....then turn around and deny them. DO NOT GO TO IDEAL IMAGE. They are not trust worthy and extremely unprofessional. They do not care about you me or anyone.

Life changing results from this company Im so impressed with my Laser Hair Removal and would recommend them to anyone including my family members. Staff is very friendly and make your treatments easy to understand and painless

I am so happy with my service from ideal image. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve only had two sessions but already I can see a huge difference I haven’t shaved my under arms in two months I’m very excited.

After the Ultherapy was performed by Ideal Image due to the fact that my skin became sunken and my teeth  are in pain  it has been determined by their nurse that the Ultherapy is not suitable for me as it will cause further damage to my skin and tooth. I had to do a root canal after the Ultherapy. A few teeth are still hurting. Therefore I canceled  my upcoming service in December in writing to Ideal Image many times. However to date Ideal Image Langley is still refusing  to refund my money back for a service that will not be rendered.I dont see any reasonable grounds why Ideal Image should keep my money without even performing the service especially after my skin became sunken after their first treatment and then my teeth started hurting after the treatment. In addition Setion 4 of the BC consumer protection act stipulates the consumer has the right to cancel the future service within one year by providing a notice to the merchant. Furthermore Ideal Images service agreement states it will follow Section 4 of the state law which they are not.

Awesome experience yesterday. Staff were friendly. They made me feel so comfortable.

A very friendly and courteous organization. Karan my technician was very professional and informative about my treatment. I felt very comfortable with Karan that my treatment was going to be successful. Im extremely happy with my results.

I had a really great experience at Ideal Image Langley It was my first time doing laser hair removal and the employees made it effortless. Very nice and professional Amneet and Jessica are awesome Can’t wait for my next session.
