Usa Mobile Drug Testing's Online Review Report Card

ASK for customers consent&permission before you put up someone with little experience/ under training to draw blood???  It is already painful and suffering to do it, after the trainee failed, the woman behind her had to step up and poke another hole on my arm!

I needed a blood draw as part of my second trimester screen so I called in to make an appointment. They have an automated system set up for appointments - it was pretty easy. When I got there, I found parking on the ground level, but there's also an underground structure. Walked on over to the store, checked in on the iPad and waited for my name to be called. It was a bit crowded inside for a little store (~6 people in the waiting area)... just FYI. Took about 10 minutes before my name was called - not bad! Now I want to take a minute to go back in time to when little Denise was about 8 or 9 years old. Very thin veins run in my family - my mom and brother have the same issue. I remember like it was yesterday - the nurse at my pediatrician's office had difficulty finding my vein. Took 6 pokes before she was successful. 6 POKES. Ever since, I get anxious during blood draws. doesn't help that I've had similar incidences with multiple pokes in my arm throughout my lifetime. I'm fine with needles such as when getting a vaccine, but I feel dread at the thought of getting my blood drawn. Fast forward to the present. I'm sitting on the chair... feeling apprehension. In walks a very nice lady and she introduces herself. I believe her name was Margarita or Maria? I told her about my small veins and she assures me that she takes her time and doesn't attempt the draw until she finds the vein. And she was right! She was patient and careful and thank goodness she found the vein on the first try. I'm not sure if I can request her the next time I need to come here, but I sure hope I can!

Lazy lazy lazy. Pencil in an hour because these people are incompetent. They will lose your paperwork and are extremely rude

My test went fine but the older slimmer lady working there was awfully rude to the elderly people that came in. I ended up having to get up to assist the 3 elderly patients that came in. Saying things LOUDER doesnt make them understand better. They heard her just fine but she would just keep raising her voice and getting visibly rude and impatient to them. If you have no compassion or empathy, dont work in the medical field.

I will stick to the facts so Yelp doesn’t have an excuse to bounce this. Last Friday I got a bill in the mail for my son’s earlier lab test. It was the first bill I had received; payment was not overdue. I put a check in the mail yesterday. We have promptly paid every bill we have received from them. Today by chance my son needed another test. When we showed up, I was told they would not do a blood draw because there was an outstanding invoice. They demanded a credit card to charge me a 2nd time, which I produced to avoid subjecting my son to more stress. I’ve never seen anything like it, and will try very hard to avoid dealing with Quest in the future.

Horrible customer service

My older sister was a walk-in client. In less than 30 minutes, we were out of the lab because blood were already taken for testing.The two staff we met were professional in dealing with clients.The lab is adhering to Covid 19 safety precaution.Having free parking spaces at the back of the building is a major plus.

Had an appointment for a blood draw and urine test here. Went as well as it could go. Plenty of parking in the underground parking lot. Friendly staff. I was seen in a timely manner. The nurses were very friendly and experience was pain free. And my results were received quickly. Very professional all around.

This place is the WORST place that was ever created. I wish I could give negative stars!! The other reviews on here are terribly dishonest, and that is a shame. First I tried booking an appointment at another quest location and they cancelled on me last minute saying "Construction in the building". That was annoying but I rescheduled with this Alhambra location. I literally booked an appointment on the quest website. I fasted for 14 hrs and waited another hr for them to tell me they don't take the insurance. THAT IS RIGHT, ONE HOUR IN THE MIDDLE OF A COVID PANDEMIC AFTER BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. There was no other customers even there! Now I know why. Why would I have to wait an hour for them to tell me this when they got the insurance card a minute after I entered? The part that is really wild is I had called Quest prior and they flat out told me that they do take my insurance. You check the Quest website and it even says they take the insurance! I checked before, and after, and it says they take the insurance. I called Quest corporate afterwards and they couldn't explain why the website says they take the insurance but I go to this location and they won't take it! I called my insurance prior as well and they told me they take the insurance. Yet this location, they tell me it's cash only after waiting an hr. I literally left, hungry, time wasted after waiting an entire hour for them to tell me something like that when no one else was there after having an appointment. I will NEVER EVER EVER be returning to a quest location (or any quest for that matter). They are super unprofessional, dishonest, slow and incompetent.

The Quest office staff are professionals. Test were done and stations looked very clean. I will definitely use them again. Remember to ask questions and never assume you are good if you are not sure. Positive experience.
