I was seen almost immediately and didn’t have to wait. The doctor listened to my concerns and I was able to keep my visit short. The best part was that I could do my blood work onsite instead of having to go somewhere else like I’ve usually done, and the person taking my blood did an excellent job keeping it painless! I will definitely be back.

The facility is clean, clear, bright, airy and pristine. The team communicated the entire time with us from walking in twenty minutes before opening, to registration (not being completed in advance on the website), to being taken in for our vitals, clear and concise about why I was there, getting the rapid test again and convincing my husband to get a PCR tested done, to our exit interview. It was all fabulous!

Dr. Michelle Wong and her team is awesome! She had lead a great teamwork & flow on a short staff day. I was in for our last min visit before my trip same day. I was able to pick up my RX at nearby pharmacy quickly. Is our honored to have her in Alameda serving our community/residence. She even had a followed up email, asking how I am feeling. Couldn’t rave enough about her and team.
