My 81 year old mother has been dealing with a non-healing wound on her lower shin for about 1 1/2 years while she was living in So Cal. In all that time, she made absolutely no progress with the Dr. she was seeing in So Cal. After under 12 visits with Dr. Brinner at Creedon she is within 1 visit of being done, all healed. It practically feels miraculous. From week to week, if they didn't see progression, they changed something up with the wrap. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the wait was seldom long. Dr. Brinner is pleasant, quick and efficient, usually too brisk for my mom. It was good I was able to be there to translate and expedite. I'd definitely recommend, but if you have a senior citizen who's not as sharp as they used to be, send them with an advocate for the first visit and then every few visits thereafter.

My traumatic experience at Creedon Center was only made less abysmal by the caring, competent nurses that work there. My doctor--specifically Dr. Stinghen--had horrible bedside manner. Would barely my questions, refused to do anything but scrape at the wound and direct the nurse to throw on a bandage, wouldn't give me any suggestions as to how to care for it at home, and generally seemed to be in a foul mood. Just bandaged it and told me to come back--week after week, with little improvement. I have received better care at Highland Hospital.When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the office manager and asked for a different doctor, the receptionist made an appointment with the new doctor without seeing if that doctor carried my insurance. I came in, and was ON THE EXAM TABLE WITH BANDAGES OFF MY WOUND when the receptionist came in to tell me sorry, that doctor no longer took my insurance, and I would have to leave.I actually left in tears--given the way I had been jerked around, they should have treated me anyway and eaten the cost. The lack of professionalism and the poor communication between staff, doctors and nurses was astounding. Needless to say I would never, ever go back there, nor recommend them to anyone else.

I you get a wonderful on your foot or toe please call them right a they will get you better. My second time with another toe. I'm in good hands.
