What a great, well organized business. My dad lives in a retirement home in Alameda, and he had to have a tooth pulled. I live in San Diego. I was able to schedule his appointment via phone, fill out all the medical forms via my computer, and received confirmations on my phone. Dad made it to his appointment with a courtesy ride from his Retirement Home, and everybody at this office took great care of him. I got a call from the Doctor after his tooth was pulled before he left with some medical questions, and some follow up information for his well-being. I then got of detailed email with follow up instructions for him sent to me and also printed and given to the administrator of his Retirement Home. I really appreciate their detailed pre-care and post-care regarding my dad's appointment. I highly recommend this business and this Doctor.

Friendly, efficient clinic. Dr. Liao explained everything and did a great job. The process took longer than I expected, almost a year without my three teeth, from when Dr Liao pulled my bad teeth until she signed off on the implants. All the pulled teeth were on one side, fortunately, so I could still chew on the other. Now my dentist will install actual teeth for another $6000 or so.

Dr. Liao is a true expert in oral surgery. From the initial consultation to the procedure and follow-up, the care and professionalism were exceptional. The staff were friendly, the clinic was top-notch, and the results were outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Liao for anyone in need of oral surgery. Thank you for a great experience!

I have had a couple of procedures at Parkside Oral Surgery, both went smoothly. First was an extraction and dental implant. They are very professional, give you all the information you need in advance. They used state of the art 3D ConeBeam CT scan imaging, to identify an infected fractured tooth, which dental ex-ray did not. No one wants to have a tooth extracted. But when it’s necessary I have confidence having it done by Dr Wendy Liao.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed last week and the experience from beginning to end was superb. The energy that staff brings is positive and calming. My boy was very comfortable. Dr. Liao has a way with teenagers that engages them. My daughter had the same experience 2 years ago.

I've had tooth extractions elsewhere that were NOT good experiences, but Dr. K was EXCELLENT! She was very thorough, gave great explanations in plain English, and was very skilled and fast and gentle. My wisdom tooth was out before I knew it. The staff are very good too-- empathetic and friendly. Thank you one and all!

One of the few dental offices where I was not kept waiting long for my appointments. Dr. Laoi was professional, efficient, and caring. She takes her work very seriously. The staff were efficient and polite as well. I highly recommend this office.
