Dr. Sarma has been our family's primary care physician for 20+ years. Not only is she an extremely competent MD, she is someone we implicitly trust, as well as thoroughly enjoy. Dr. Sarma, Mini and the entire staff are like family to us.

I've been here only a few times, but both times their are several people waiting in the waiting room and the facility is dirty and outdated. You would think that a doctor would follow COVID precautions. Not to mention, I was never asked any screening questions before my appointment.

I have been seeing Dr. Sarma for over 19 years and started out with laser hair removal and laser treatments for rosacea. As my face started showing signs of aging Dr. Sarma recommended other treatments such as botox and Kybella. She was never pushy and always listened to what I wanted and made recommendations. Her staff is very professional and courtious. I highly recommend her, she is very dependable and will give you the best treatment available at a reasonable price.

Overdue review for Mrs. Kim! I live in Oakland but I will take the time to drive to Walnut Creek just to get facials from Mrs. Kim =) I love how thorough she is and she customizes each facial according to my current skin condition. She gives great recommendations and doesn't push her sales on me. However, I did purchase the tinting moisturizer w/sunscreen and love it! I need to make another appt soon =)

I enjoyed a long overdue Facial with Jennifer yesterday....she always takes time to learn about any issues; mine were primarily extreme dryness due to cold winter weather, aging skin : ) and some brown spots...in the space of just over an hour Jennifer addressed everything and I left feeling fantastic! After purchasing the products she recommended, I feel confident that between us, we can kick my skin into shape ready for a Spring Wedding I'm attending in May! Thanks as always Alamo Med Spa!

I haven't done many Yelp's because I haven't had a reason to complain, or brag about anything. In this case, I feel the need to brag! I started noticing major changes in my skin over the last year, not for the better! I began seeing age spots, unevenness in my skin tone, and definitely looseness and more lines in my skin. I decided to invest in a series of facials, versus doing one here and there, so I could see if I'd notice a change. A friend of mine recommended Kim Storm at Alamo Med Spa. I was skeptical but I figured, if nothing else, I get to relax and be pampered for an hour every Tuesday. The reason I'm taking the time to write this Yelp is because I saw significant results and I'm thrilled. Kim was fantastic! She used a skincare like called Viktoria DeAnn. She always told me what she was doing and the purpose of each product. I will absolutely continue to get facials regularly from Kim Storm at Alamo Med Spa!

Went in to get a TCA peel with Kim. I was really looking forward to it but I was told since I have a darker complexion that I needed to prep my skin for the TCA peel, that it would do more harm than good if it was done without preparation. Drove 35+ minutes to get to the spa so I decided to just get a brightening serum and brightening facial. Ended up spending more than I intended to spend but Kim was very professional and gave me a deal for two sessions. I'll update with before and after photos after my next session.

This place is amazing!! I love my chemical peel I do it twice a year,Miss Kim is gentle and the place is clean beautiful atmosphere very relaxing the staffs is wonderful!!
