Husband had a chairside reline done,on his upper partial,only 3 teeth, $500. When I complained my bill was altered to $1800. showing they gave him a courtesy lower denture reline that did not happen. I've had several family members and myself that had to pay for a cleaning that wasn't scheduled, by them saying "let's clean your teeth up". Not feeling good about the honesty. Have always supported them up till now. Just beware of small town and fast talkers. Just my families experience!

Excellent dental care however, after them telling us they accepted our insurance and all of us getting cleanings, x rays etc, we got a bill for $2,000.00. When I asked why they didnt call our insurance company before they seen us, they told me they dont do pre authorizations for preventative. It's a shame because we liked it there but we will never be back!!

They are the very top of what they do. Everyone there is awesome! They explain everything step by step, and ask you what you think, what you want, and then give you your options. And are willing to help you and work with you through everything. The genuine kindness and thoughtfulness is amazing. So glad i went there.

Dr. Matthew McCrady and the rest of the staff at Albany Dental Care never disappoint. They will make you feel comfortable and provide some of the best dental service around.
