I have seen Dr Clift several times over the years and I have always found him to be a top quality physician. He listens. He is truly interested in my health issues. He explains things well. He is very knowledgeable.His assistant Tyrell is exceptionally friendly and has a great sense of humor (and cool sneakers)The only remotely negative about this practice is that frequently you are not seen at your appointment time - sometimes 1/2 hour or so late.However I believe that is because Dr Clift never rushes you and answers all questions.Because he cares enough to listen he can get behind on appointments.That being said Dr Clift is so good he is worth the wait.He scheduler Wanda is also terrific to deal with and is super friendly.I highly recommend Dr Clift and his team.

Had a gastro problem while on vacation in Florida & saw a local gastroenterologist who wanted to run tests on me. I said no & called Dr. Clift s office, explained situation & had an appointment for two days out. Needless to say I was on the next flight home. Dr. Clift took EXCELLENT care of me and ordered blood work, testing & assured me I would be ok.He had treated me for years and I would never go anywhere else, especially in Florida, for treatment.Dr. Clift is professional, diligent & has a great personality.

I would highly recommend Dr. Clift to anyone looking for a GI Doctor. He made me feel comfortable, spent time talking to me about my condition, answered all of my questions, did not rush me, and was very punctual. I had an 8 AM appointment and he walked in my room exactly at 8 AM. I have been a patient of this Practice for many years but had to get a new Dr. since my Dr. retired. I am so glad Dr. Clift was recommended to me and that I chose him.

Well, this was a terrible experience. The office never told us that we could not have someone with us in the appointment. The nurses at the door weren't kind about it, just stared at us like there was something wrong with us while we tried to scramble my stack of medical records into my hands.At least if the doctor was nice, everything would be good! But unfortunately not. Dr. Clift completely refused to look at the information and forms I offered him from the FDA program allowing the use of a Canadian drug I NEED. I told him twice that the FDA will allow it through a special program, even when he kept insisting the FDA doesn't allow it at all. He completely refused to listen about it or even read what I had. I've been on this medication for 2 years with no ill effects, but couldn't see my old Gastro doc to get it anymore so I needed to find someone to help me get this medication again. He just wanted to give a diff. version of an OTC acid reducer even after I told him they make the symptoms worse. I guess his education stopped after residency, because he has no interest in reading anything or learning anything new, let alone listening or helping a patient in a lot of pain who just needs a medication they've already taken. The repeated awful treatments from gastroenterologists is extremely disheartening, and Dr. Clift is another name on that list now.
