Dr. Phelan is a caring, highly competent Cardiologist. Her ability to interview and diagnose patients is a beautiful thing to behold. Along with being my doctor she has cared for several members of my family as well. She is simply the finest physician I have known.

Following my father's heart attack last year, many doctors and cardiologists saw and treated him. He was not doing well on the meds prescribed, and the prognosis was poor. Dr. Phelan was the only one to recognize his need for a pacemaker and to order the procedure. Nine months later, he is doing very well. Thank you Dr. Phelan for saving his life.

Following my father's heart attack last year, Dr. Phelan was the only one of many doctors who saw and treated my father to recognize his need for a pacemaker and to order it. It is highly unlikely that he would have survived his heart failure without her astute observation and assessment of his case ... in only one brief visit. He is still with us 9 months later. He has slowed down, but he is happy, enjoying life, and being enjoyed by his wife, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, as well as his friends. With every passing day, we are increasingly indebted to Dr. Phelan for her medical excellence, and we wonder why none of the other cardiologists and the cardiothoracic surgery specialist suggested the life extending pacemaker that has worked so well. Thank you Dr. Phelan!
