Felek is definitely the best acupuncture I have experienced. I have been treated by both Ana Hortillosa and Ozben Felek, and they were both so helpful. The work by Ana though, she treated my long-standing issue with a scar that had adhered to my IT band and deformed my leg for nearly 20 years, and released it. My husband still can't get over the difference in how it looks and I can't get over how much better it feels, the first improvement ever. I can't recommend her work more. I can't thank them enough.

This is a wonderful, healing place. The acupuncture has helped my knees greatly. Kaiser recommended, Medicare and Kaiser pay. Dr Ozben is a knowledgeable, honest, sweet person. I really like her and her business.

If your body is in need of care and attention, Felek Acupuncture is the place to visit. There is an app, Jane, that you are able to see availability by clinicians, dates and times. With the app, you are able to book, reschedule and cancel appointments, as well as pay for sessions. Each clinician has a different approach to their craft of acupuncture, with questions of concern prior to starting your session. I appreciate the attentiveness and time taken to evaluate me prior to each session's start to ensure that my most important issues are addressed and attended to. Everyone is extremely friendly and gentle in approach. The lobby is serene and peaceful with gentle music playing in the background and complimentary water. This location is easy to miss with its door at the corner of Solano and Stannage Ave. It is easily accessible from the Albany exit and San Pablo Ave. There is plenty of street parking, due to the numerous surrounding shops it can be difficult to locate parking at times.

I have been seeing Dr. Ozben since October 2021. Dr. Ozben is truly an amazing practitioner. She asks me questions every visit about which area of my body needs focus. She is so gentle when the needles are inserted into my body. I feel so relaxed every visit and almost fall asleep. With a busy life and chronic pain, I highly recommend Dr. Ozben.

Love Dr. Ozben! She is so warm and thorough with her treatment. I love the Japanese style of acupuncture she uses. It's gentle and just as effective as other styles. Treatments definitely helped and I always felt much better after leaving her care.
