I’ve had to change my doctors 3 times the past few years because I just didn’t feel listened or care about. But I had my FIRST visit today and I gotta say I left feeling satisfied and cared for all my questions were answered Doctor Mercado seems like she genuinely cares and I’m so happy I’ve finally doing a doctor Ill stick to!

Dr. Mercado is a wonderful physician. She is thorough and very caring. I have recommended her and she is now our primary family doctor. In addition, you can have your bloodwork done right at the office which is really convenient.

When in doubt over an ailment, she, without hesitation, has authorized referrals for specialists for further investigation into various health concerns. First, let me say that Dr. Anita Mercado, M.D. is one of the BEST doctors I have had the privilege to have. Highly professional and an outstanding bed side manner. However, you may wonder why I do not recommend this medical group, simply stated: IT IS THE STAFF. From the reception area to her assistants. I left the medical group. The doctor to her credit tried to help but by that time I had done the work myself. I do not recommend going their until her staff has been retrained.

Dr. Mercado is really great. She takes her time to explain, and answer your questions. My only negative comment would be the long wait, but after I see her I forget how long I waited because she is very thorough and that is most important. She makes me feel comfortable, which makes it easy for me to ask her questions.
