I very grateful for Dr. Wu. She has delivered all my kids. She honest, great bedside manner. Thank you Dr, Wu.

Is this place closed? Does anyone know what happened I love Dr. Wu, she helped me through my first pregnancy and a high risk one at that. Baby was successfully delivered naturally with Zero complications. Excellent Doctor with outstanding bedside manners. She is both straight forward and caring. Love her!!!

I had wonderful experience with Dr. Elise Wu. She was very patient and explained my problems in detail. she cares about her patient and waiting time is just 15 minutes.

Appointment time at 10:30am and had to wait over 1:30 hrs to actually be seen. And the amount of privacy you get here is questionable. Was waiting in the waiting area and can hear the entire conversation the doctor recommended to someone else. Other than that, dr Wu was very helpful and informative. Although, it did feel a bit rushed.

don't come to see this doc. pt was 10am. but wait over 1.5hrs. bad attitude.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for over 10 years and yes, she talks very fast so you have to keep up with her. I was okay with her as my doctor because I really like the nurse Diana. I stayed because of Diana until last December of 2020 I decided to switch doctors. I have fibroid adenomas and I get pelvic ultrasounds on a 3 to 6 month basis. Well one of them got bigger but I don't have any pains. I went for my pelvic ultrasound on 12/28/2020 and already received my results on the portal. However, I didn't get a call from Dr. Wu until 1/18/2021. When she called, she said I should get the CA123 blood test and also get a hysterectomy. She told me to stop by the next day to pick up the paperwork for my blood test which I did. Cindy, the office manager said I owe 60.00 for the consultation. I said what??? All I was told was to get an hysterectomy! I found a new doctor now. Dr. Wu's staff is rude especially Cindy! Cindy has always been my problem every time I want to make an earlier appointment for an annual exam. She tells me that if I go in December then I have to go every year in December. Problem is that they can never get me in because of their holiday schedule. So I finally called Cigna and had a representative call her to explain that my annual exam is based on calendar year and I can go whenever I want. Cindy still doesn't understand and still gives me problems each time I make an appointment. The only person who has ever helped me was Diana. She is extremely professional and so nice! She has never disappointed me. I will miss her dearly. I really appreciate everything Diana has done for me. Perhaps the office should look for professionals like Diana and get rid of the rest of the staff who are nothing but rude!

I know we are in a pandemic and the doctor has a busy practice. At the same time I really do think this office has the worst staff ever! I been to Elsie Wu before for some biopsy testing and Pap smears in the past. Yes the wait is long. Their front office staff is really uneducated. They do not know what their doing. I was referred back for insertion and removal of my iud. I called to make my appointment the first time the staff said we don't do any removal or insertion. They refer me back to planned parenthood. Went to planned parenthood because I have HMO they said you have to pay out of pocket. Then I went back to call Elsie Wu's office they left me on the phone for 25 mins and said they only do removal of IUD but no insertion. ????? What??? That totally different from what you guys said before. Why not just refer me out and they said they can't do that. Three different staff told me different things but none could have help me. Then I ask if my IUD expires next week can they fit me in to get it remove they said they really don't have anything. I ask what about referral? They said they can't refer out. Fine then what should I do. They said I don't know. I'm like great... thanks for being not useful. The soonest they can fit me in is May something. I'm like that's too long. 1-2 weeks is reasonable but a month out is not. Here an advice from someone working in a medical office. Educate yourself before speaking to patients in need. Don't give me that bullshit of I don't know what to do. Your patients don't know what to do which is why they are calling your office for help. Next, the fact they are not willing to help a patient in need. I really hope this office does fail in every way. The staff and nurses are not helpful. Avoid this place as necessary. Find another obgyn that a girl. Or just go to another obgyn so your not limiting yourself.

Dr. Elise Wu is an outstanding medical professional. Both of my sons were delivered by her. Her medical experience is just spectacular. I have heard from other people who had babies delivered by her gave wonderful reviews. She is truly a good doctor.
