List of John Chiang Md's Reviews
This is a really really really bad office staffs wide, I'm also working at clinic, I know that you have to keep it as professional as you are, because this is your job. But "NO" with this office's staffs, my staff called into this office and asked for the patient's phone number, they declined to release the patient's phone number, and they said that's your job to find out, they don't care. I've heard it from my staff and I couldn't believe it, I thought it's probably a misunderstanding, so I called into office by myself, and they were so RUDE. The first girl picked up and said that someone already asked and I said no, once I release the patient, it's your guys job to find out???? Okay, fine, I need to talk to your manager, she transferred me to whoever name starts with "Elvira" something like that, didn't catch up her name clearly, and she said yes it's your guys job, we don't release anything. Then I asked her "can I talk to your manager?", she responded me "the manger is busy, we are busy, anything else?" And I said that I could wait, and she responded "then just wait" and then a min later, the phone call dropped. I was like Wow, first time ever that I talked to staff with this kind of rude attitude and unprofessional like this.... I can't believe that! With OB/GYN supposed taking care patients, but the staffs are showing rudeness and disrespectful way to other people same like the way they are. If anyone has the same disrespect same as I did, please speak up to Dr John. Don't let yourself get treat like sh** when you are actually a patient. Thank you so much for the experience today with office. I'm so thankful for how the way that they treat other people, especially you are working in healthcare- medical field, I'm really proud of you guys for did a wonderful rudeness job
Very legit, probably the best OB in town.
I absolutely love this doctor. He delivered my second son and will be soon delivering my 3rd. I've always felt very comfortable with him and I'm one of those patients that asks a million questions by phone or visit. His staff is always so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They take very good care of you
Dr. Chiang guided me through my entire pregnancy. He is a very experienced and caring Dr! I am so grateful for having him as my OB.
I can't believe I am writing this review. I loved loved Dr. Chiang and I wish I didn't have to but others deserve to hear my situation in hopes it doesn't happen to them.I went in in October for a pap, and was scheduled for a follow up appointment sometime in February.. I never received a reminder call about my appointment in February. I mean wouldn't you think they had a system where they call patients to confirm and remind them of appointments? Especially if a follow up is four/five months out. I received no calls, nothing. I have their number saved on my phone and have an apple watch on me from 7am to 6pm, no calls from anyone. I call today and explain "I think I had an appointment in February but I never received a confirmation call or reminder call" (I mean what if it was cancelled on their end and that's why they didn't call?) and right away Elvira says "we don't do that and we have a note here to write you off." So I ask "what does that mean?" And she says "basically we can forward your file to a new doctor." I'm sitting in my car so confused like what?! She then goes on to say they called me twice on x day and y day.. I explain I got no calls from them. And she apologizes and says there is nothing she can do, I can no longer be a patient there. Idk about you ladies but we are mothers, wives, working mothers, students and stuff slips through the cracks and a girl might need a reminder of her appointment that is four/five months out. You would think if they are sooooo serious about "no shows" they would make the attempt to get confirmations from their patients but instead they say you can no longer be a patient there. How about billing the customer for the "missed appointment" instead of completely saying they can no longer be a patient there and I had to find a new doctor? Little drastic don't you guys think? Moral of the story, do not miss your appointment and write it down especially if the appointment is four/five months out and remember to call to confirm the appointment yourself bc that's our job not the individuals working there. I was going to file a complaint and request the cancellation policy which that shows this outrageous policy but you know what, not worth my time. I actually only moved to Dr. Chiang's office because I needed Saturday appointments when I was pregnant and he ended up being awesome so I stayed but I can easily go back to the OB I had before. Dr. Chiang, you were amazing up until this. Life happens, if the cancellation policy is this strict, have one of your receptionists call and confirm appointments! Anyway wanted to warn you ladies so the same doesn't happen to you.
Doctor John Chiang is very responsibility and is a great doctor. Thank you very much for all the care and very helpful. Thank you very much for delivery my beautiful girl highly recommended
Now that my son turned 10 months, I can finally have time to write this review. Dr. John Chiang was and is amazing at what he does! I was so anxious and nervous during my first pregnancy because of all the unknowns plus the pandemic. My husband and I fully trusted Dr. John Chiang and he was very strict with my diet which I do appreciate (my appetite increased tenfold during pregnancy). He was very easy going the whole time. Then came the labor... We live nearly 40 minutes away from the hospital so I was worried they would turn me away with tremendous pain.. It is TMI, but i was only 1cm when I got to the hospital and couldn't believe it was hurting that badly. I couldn't imagine going back home another 40 minutes in a car ride and come back later. Thankfully, the nurse called Dr. Chiang and he admitted me! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!
They’re not very friendly. Alway mad at the patients for no reason as I seen, have bad attitude I give them 3 stars for the dr
He is very friendly, good human being and good to know patients

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
