I would never go here by choice. Unfortunately, I was assigned to go here by my medical group & changing to another ortho clinic would've taken too long because I had an ACL tear and needed care right away. The staff at the front desk are so rude. They are the least helpful people and I've seen them raise their voice at the elderly who were confused on what to do/did not speak English well. Additionally, I would call multiple times to request new physical therapy (PT) authorizations but the medical assistants may or may not relay the message to the physician. I went on 2 weeks without PT because no one requested my authorization even though I called and left messages multiple times. They clearly don't care about quality of care or about what their patients need. I would give this place 1 star for their service, but I had Johnny Lim, the PA, and he's younger so he has better manners and he's nice, so they get 2 stars. Avoid this place if you can!

He is very informative and reasonable. Also, he explains very clearly and understandable. He treats my mom and me very well and he is always have a smile on his face and behaves very friendly too.

We waited one hour before he entered the exam room. No bedside manner. Very rude. NO COMPASSION. Don't even pay attention to patient complaint about the pain. He has the attitude that he knows it all, and maybe he does but one thing for sure he doesn't pay attention. He should be a research doctor who doesn't have to interact with people because he have no personality. The first time His examination was looking at his computer screen while threw a few question about the pain. But didn't listen nor examined physically the injured body part.On the second time he physically examined the injured body part but still didn't pay attention. His assistant had to call to his attention that he didn't hear the answer correctly from the patient.His unfriendliness outperform a prison guard you see in the movies. One thing is for sure. I would not recommend him to nobody until he learn how to deal and be kind to people who are his patients.
