List of Kenneth Vu's Reviews
Little man syndrome. Arrogant, rude, curt, lack of bed-side manner, assuming, accusative, belittling, poor and inefficient communicator, reckless with his words, vague and unwilling to advice/consult with straight answers ie his professional opinion due to concerns of consequences if held accountable for his words. Such fear disabled him from providing any professional opinions of his own or guidance. Communication was very odd and awkward with him. He likes to control the conversation and wants you listen and speak only when spoken to. He put up his hand 🤚 and stopped me mid-stentence with a concerning question I had. But bc he wanted to focus on my husband instead, he didn’t want to address mine or make any decisions to where he would he could be held accountable. I initially didn’t understand why he was doing this until he actually said, “you’re the type of person that will blame me for any mishaps regardless of how I advice you about your fibroids.” Wow, that couldn’t be the furthest from the truth. I had clairify that I wouldn’t do so as it’s understood that not all attempts are successful, if at all. His follow up to my response was, “I don’t really care if you blame me or not. People blame everything from the coffee to .... etc.”. Dr Vu is very negative oppose to what he thinks he’s doing “managing peoples expectations.” My husband manages clients expectations daily, but handles it with finesse. Dr Vu plays the vitcim before during a consult. Accused me of behavior which left me with my jaw flung, when he has no idea what I feel or think. My husband had to defend me. He assumed I wanted my fibroids removed and made a comment based on that. He later said the health of my eggs are more of concern than the vitality of my husband’s sperm. He said if I was 26 oppose to 36, maybe things would be different. He said he’d rather deal with my husband’s issue than my fibroids if we were in a third world country. Hmmm... sounds like he was on a mission to come after me due to my complaint about the wait/delay in seeing the Dr., after waiting over a month and canceling my Europe trip for this appointment, and missing my first day of class. His analogy had no bearings when we not in fact in a “developming county” and no one asked him to compare my fertility issues with my husband’s. I couldn’t have experienced a worse first fertility consult ever. He can have all the plaques and Brad about how he was a army Dr and taught Urologist how to extract sperm and is more specialized than them. But his horrible communication skills and bedside manners is a deal-breaker for me. I wouldn’t wish him upon my worse enemy. I can’t imagine dealing with his arrogance and irrelevant/ineffienct communication. He wouldn’t be so late on his appointments if he would just stop to listen than just wanting to hear himself speak, so that he can get to the answer easily without the unnecessary drawn out lecture. Rude. Arrogant. Calloused.
I had Dr Vu and for the first ivf cycle got pregnant with twins he just did an awesome job
I have seen Dr. Vu twice. Both times, he was extremely rude and late. I had to wait a half hour to see him in the exam room on both occasions. First thing, he does NOT know how to be gentle when touch you. He gave me such a sudden shock of pain I tried to jump off the seat, like he didn't know what he was doing. Secondly, he makes you feel like a number. Like he is going to say anything he can to get out of the room so he can go see the next person. He rushed me during the consult and the ultrasound. I almost gave up trying to conceive because of how hopeless he made me feel. Thankfully the rest of the staff, including the other doctors there are great and made me feel more confident about my chances of conceiving. Lesson learned, NEVER schedule an appointment with Dr. Vu.
The only reason I have my twins (now 16 years old) is because of this man. He is my hero and I will never ever forget what he did for us. He is a true professional--an asset to those suffering from infertility. He is highly competent, intelligent, and just an overall nice man with a caring disposition. Thank you Dr. Vu!!!!
Dr Vu is very professional and knowledgable, he spotted my submucosal fibroid and highly recommend a surgery before i continued my fertility treatment. I have a failed Ivf cycle with other center before this where the doctor never mentioned anything about this. I am now 5 weeks pregnant under Dr Vu's.
We saw Dr. Vu several years ago when we were trying to conceive. His staff was excellent and friendly and wait time was excellent! Dr. Vu was warm, genuine and caring. Not only did he give us hope, he gave us a son. I highly recommend Dr. Vu to anyone with fertility issues.
DO NOT USE THIS MADO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED “DOCTOR”! This man should not have a medical license and should not work with the public! First of all, try updating your info to SACRAMENTO CA KAISER not Hawii!!! This man performed a D and C on me and left me in excruciating pain!!!!!! I cried the entire surgery and he changed nothing about what he was doing! He’s a **** not a surgeon! After the surgery I wrote complaint letters to him and the Kaiser staff with no response for him and the most pathetic, unsympathetic response from Kaiser, a stranger would have provided me with more comfort! Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS MAN FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!N FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
