Waiting for two and half hour and the staff are so mean. Same as other reviewers, they are over booked and not respecting their patients

Just like the reviews say. Be prepared to wait 2 hours or more. This is obviously an ongoing problem, they over book I'm assuming because of greed. The office is gross, toilet didn't flush. They should be shut down! Do no go here. Change your primary care physician before you even go!

Dr. Chen is very professional, kind, and good at her job. Wait time is a bit long but totally worth it. You can completely trust your health is in good hands with her.

Why does the front desk girl hate the patients??!!! She treats patients with such DISRESPECT. They would do ANYTHING not to see you. She would NOT tell the doctor what we want to tell the doctor. Not just me, everyone in the waiting room was angry at the front desk person -- and she doesn't care! She should be fired!!!

Doctor is good but the WORST Front desk person I have ever encountered in my life! Literally!!! Why would the doctor hire such a rude person with such bad attitude to treat her patients!!??? WHY??!!!

Came here for a physical exam. Very experienced doctor and friendly front desk. Just take a little while to wait. Not as terrible as what the other comments described. Glad to find a nice clinic so close to where I live. Thank you!

I just wanted to give my favor doctor a fair review. I read all the reviews in here and some of them just broke my heart. If I can give this doctor 10 stars, I would. She's my doctor since 2004, yup almost 20 years ago when she was in a different location. Doctor Chen is a type of doctor who doesn't sugar-coating anything, she would tell u the fact! Yea some of them might not be music to your ears, but you cant look at it as she's being rude! I remember one time I didn't finish the whole course of the antibiotic, she's pretty upset - because she simply cares! Over the years, doctor Chen and I have developed a very unique bond, I look at her as part of my family. If you want a doctor who's knowledgeable and simply cares her patients, Dr Chen is your doctor.
