Looking forward to working with my new team members been caregiving for 18 years and more years to come so far everyone has been treating me very well.
Can I please give you NO stars. If you have a loved one do not. I repeat DO NOT. Can I say it again DO NOT. Now let me scream it from the rooftop. DO NOT use them. We only use them because we are forced to by insurance garbage and red tape. They are awful. They don't hold their employees/care providers accountable. They have ZERO training on caring for anyone let alone someone who is disabled. And I'm not talking one employee/care provider. I have met with several. Had several in my home. Well that's if they actually show up. That is an entire other story. So you make a schedule of when you need a care provider. Then they decide if they want the shift or not. Then you are all set. Have them scheduled for weeks and even months in advance. Then last minute they call out or they just don't even show up. What is the answer for this??? NOTHING. Especially if it's after 5pm. Why? Well that's because they have no one actually available after 5pm to talk with except the call center. There is no supervisor available. There is no repercussion for the caregiver who just doesn't show up or calls out at 9:55am for a 10am. I can't even imagine how these people would survive at a normal job. Imagine if they worked at a restaurant or a theme park. They would have been fired long long ago. Also they actually train you to do those kinda of jobs. But yet they get paid minimum wage while these caregivers are getting paid well above at $20+ an hour. They choose when they want to work and when they don't. They don't have to work weekends or holidays. They don't even have to show up to f they are scheduled. Elderly and disabled people count on these so called caregivers to show up and to show up on time. I am appalled by this. Absolutely appalled. I could even go on and on about how they don't even really do their job most the time. Sitting around playing games on their phones. Leaving messes for the family to clean up after the have clocked out. Saying inappropriate things to the person they are supposed to be caring for. Seriously if you can avoid this place please do so. Do. It entrust them with your family or loved one. I don't even think 1/2 these people are capable of taking care of a goldfish let alone a human being.
The employees are very rude and unhelpful. They always short paid. you have to call a lot of times to resolve the situation.
I started getting hours at the end of June and I had chose to log them through the maxim mobile app as recommended. I called the person I did orientation with (Rosie) and let her know the hours I had logged were apparently not showing correctly but she was able to edit the time and help me get paid for my hours. She let me know to contact RUBY next time because she is the one responsible for my hours or getting paid (not sure but it's relevant). Second time I didn't get paid was for July. I did what Rosie told me to do and let me just say, RUBY was rude front the moment she answered the phone. Zero customer service, wasn't helpful whatsoever, was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. She said she'd get back to me and it took her a week. Once I returned her phone call she said "how can I help. Okay...? what's this regarding to?.. what did I leave on the voicemail refresh my memory because I don't remember.... Oh yeah I threw away the sticky note, I'll call you back as soon as I figure out the issue" and clicked on me. When she called back she sounded a bit more helpful but sounded off as she was having this weird laugh as she spoke on the phone. Sarcastic as of her job is such an inconvenience. I have never in my life met this woman so I don't why she is being rude. I thought she was having a rough day the first time but hell no. Terrible communication skills and doesn't know how to properly help others. If you're going to work somewhere where you are miserable, look for another damn job. You are in medical customer service so act like it. The two stars are for Rosaura who was able to help the first time and figure out the issue.
I have to call them every other day so they can pay me , I gave them my account information so they can do direct deposit, and they ask me for my email and my number and that's all they need it to do so , and is been a month I work for my patient and they just send me 5 dollars by the mail , when I already ask them to do direct deposit and also they never pay me the hours I worked . And this happens every other time they have to do a payment. I'm tired of calling so they can tell me the same thing over and over .
If I could give this place zero stars I would. The employees here suck and are very unprofessional. They constantly messed up my checks , and many of my co workers checks. Every time I would go in they would be gossiping about their co workers and put their calls on speaker. Overall they don't know what they are doing.
I have never heard of a staffing agency as incompetent and unprofessional as this outfit. They were hired by the Regional Center to fill a one on one school aide for my grandson who is disabled. They were not able to do so for a couple of months so we found an individual ourselves to apply for the position because the situation was getting hard on my son because he had to pick him up early at school. The applicant went to the orientation 3 weeks ago and they have not done anything. I was told they were so condescending and rude during the orientation that someone even quit on the spot. They were told to show up at 8am but the orientation started at 10am. I am telling my friend to withdraw their application. The Regional Center should stop hiring these folks.
so bad ... we need better options for special needs parents
I worked there a few years ago. I didn't have problems with the pay beyond trying to keep track of my hours. It can be a little depressing at times to see how your clients live or to wonder why such a cute child was born with severe disabilities. It's super convenient. They work around your schedule. Keep your other job and do this on your spare time. Just know that the more reliable you are, the more hours they'll give you and you get the first pick at available clients.
Someone messed up sending my hours into the system, and didn't have my money on time. Commuted pretty far in traffic to hear this news. Staff was lazy and didn't give me a straight answer as to why my check didn't come in. Wasn't a hard task to send in my hours on time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
