Called in Sept for appointment and scheduled on 11/22. Now what?! They called the day before my appointment and said Dr. is on his vacation and the soonest appt will be the end of Jan. Such a Joke!!! The rep said you should call your PCP and look for another GN dr. Why can't you call me once Dr. Decided to have vacation? Waste time!
This entire visit has just been annoying. What's the point of making an appointment if you double book your patients and end up waiting an extra 45 mins. I left and asked them to call me when they're ready to see me. I came back and I'm still in the office. The doctor saw me for 5 mins and I've been waiting for over an hour. That's ridiculous. Other patients are prioritize before me which is unfair because I have already been here for way too long. They asked me if I want to reschedule and I said no because I know they're already booked for the entire month. My doctor referred me here and I'm not going to drag it on for another month. -- I waited over an hour for this doctor and he saw me for a total of five mins. All he did was ask me a few questions and then he left. I'm livid. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Thanks for literally nothing.
Dr. Yeh is quite a good doctor as I've now seen him twice. He is straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush. I like an honest doctor who doesn't keep wanting me to come back for unnecessary checkups for my copayment. Now that my tests have concluded and I've been given a green light I don't need to see him again. His office staff Crystal and the other nurses and radiology tech have been professional and that's a great thing. I was bothered when their main office led me to the wrong address the first time I went for an appointment but now I feel at ease. I got a phone call before my appointment to verify the date and time. I was promptly seen at my appointment time. Sometimes you have an appointment but your still waiting from 15 minutes to an hour before seen but I'm glad his appointments are spread out so he has time with each patient and each person is seen at the time of appointment. I recommend Dr. Yeh as a Doctor to fill your needs.
It is too bad that I can't give zero stars. This is the worst Dr.'s office that I have ever been to. I have been trying to get an appointment for an heart monitor since December 14, 2018. Because the staff at Dr. Yeh's office can't decide what authorization coding that they needed for my appointment. Dr. Yeh's office rejected the first authourization coding, and had me contact my referring Dr. with the code that they gave to me. When I received the new authorization with the code, that Dr. Yeh's office gave to me, they rejected that code as well. When Dr. Yeh's office rejected their own code, that they asked for, I told them to contact my referring physician, which they did. My insurance company then gave me a new authorization. Dr. Yeh's office finally accepted the new coding, which was the same as the first authorizations.Three authorizations later and now it is January 16, 2019, the date of my scheduled appointment. Now mind you, this appointment is to have an ekg done, and a harness heart monitor put on. When I get called into the examination room, the nurse checked my weight, and blood pressure, and then she proceeded to inform me that this visit was to be a consult only. According to my THIRD authorization, I was to have the visit, an ekg, and the heart monitor put on today. Not just a consult!!! When I got upset and said that this is crap, and who is in charge, the Dr. (which I didn't know who he was at the time) was sitting in the nurses station on his computer and he didn't say a word. The Dr. didn't even make an attempt to rectify their wrong doing. This Dr. don't care about his patients, all he wants is the deductible. The more visits they can talk you into, the more money the Dr. makes.
One of the best doctors I have ever seen. Dr. Yeh takes the time to sit with his patients, addresses concerns, and thoroughly answer any questions you may have. He never rushes you, and is a thorough cardiologist who explains heart function to his patients in a way that can be understood. I have gone to him, and now my dad is also a patient. Not only is he a great cardiologist, but honestly a really nice person. So rare to find a doctor like this, highly recommend. Also, excellent staff who are great with accommodating appointments.
Dr. Yeh truly cares about his patients. Staff is hardworking and they are doing the best they can with the wait times and non-stop phone calls. They take HMO which is why the office is packed and all seats are filled. If you care about your health and he's in your insurance, he is worth the wait.
One of the nicest physicians I have ever met! Great at explaining what's going on with the heart and how he is treating his patients. His patients love him and this might be the reason he is so busy at this office.
Terrible!!! I called 9/30 to get an appointment with him and was told 12/18 is his first Friday since I'm only off every other Friday. They tell me it's for 12:30, then they changed it to 2:30 a few weeks later. I return a call today and was told they changed it to 1:50. I said what is going on, why do they keep changing it? She checks with someone else and they ask if I can come in Thursday? How is Thursday suddenly available when I had to wait months just to get a Friday appointment?! When I say I specifically asked for a Friday she senses my anger and offers me a 9 a.m. for Friday! I told her I've already scheduled my day around the 2:30 appointment and she says, sorry, there's nothing I can do. Well, at least I can do something and tell people not to go there! Unbelievable!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
