I m new to this clinic. This clinic is clean and the STAFF are very HELPFUL. The NP is very patient to answer all your concern. I don't have any problem with the wait time at the office nor scheduling appointments.

Dr. Ngo Phan is my primary provider for the last couple of years. They are resourceful, patient, and knowledgeable any time I visit. It is so easy to make an appointment and never have a wait time. Everyone who works here is always super friendly and always tries to help in whatever way they can, strongly recommend it!

ok, I was quick to judge with my review of 1 then 2 stars, originally I was very upset with the way I was treated, still doesn’t excuse the actions of the front desk, but my nurse practitioner was amazing. She doesn’t fit in with the rest of the rude people working here, she went out of her way to treat me with compassion and made me want to come back for treatment. She’s only there Monday’s, I can’t remember her name but I’m so happy she works here otherwise I’d never step foot in here again. This was my original review-Was not allowed to enter the building because of my vaccination status, after I asked permission to enter, I was givin my new patient paperwork and asked to leave the building and wait outside. The paperwork is so sloppy, not only poorly copied but is not legible. When I tried to address it to a staff member they dismissed the fact that I was talking and walked away. So far everyone I’ve been in contact with has been unprofessional and rude. Update-changed from 1 to 2 stars because the woman who came and took my vitals was very kind.

Dr. Ngo Phan is primary provider for my family. My family feel blessed under his care. It is so easy to make appointment, and their team really spends time to listen and answer pt’s concerns. Plus, the doctor and NPs really did their assessment before diagnosing any medical conditions. My dad is heavy smoker, I tried to convince him to quit smoking but not successful. Jena, NP spent her time almost an hour to explain the risk of smoking, and offering Nicotine patch to cut down the craving gradually. Now, my dad only smokes one or 2 cigarettes per day.

Never had an issue here. Staff are friendly, Dr. Phan is great and friendly addressing all concerns. Never had to wait very long.
