Raymond Kwok, Dds's Online Review Report Card

I highly recommend Dr. Kwok. Everyone at the practice is professional and friendly, starting with the dentist and including the hygienist and the other staff. Dr. Kwok and his staff are thorough and conscientious but there is also an emphasis on making patients feel comfortable. (This is also evident in the new remodel of the office, which is welcoming but efficient.)I've been coming to the same office my whole life and have had several dentists in that time. When the prior dentist said he was selling the practice, I was a little scared -- but I shouldn't have been. From the minute I met Dr. Kwok, I knew I'd be in good hands. I encourage anyone looking for a dentist to give his office a shot.

I went to this Dentist and had work done by Daniel Kwok so this is no reflection on Raymond. Do not let Daniel work on your teeth he is inexperienced and spent 2 hours TRYING to fit a crown on my molar. Instead he started to shave off pieces from my dental implant that was the tooth next to the one being worked on. Now many months later the crown is falling apart and I have to pay another, BETTER, dentist to fix what I spent $600 dollar to get done with insurance.Stay away from inexperienced dentists.

I am new to Dr Kwok office and I am so happy to have found him. He is meticulous, thorough, gentle and patient. He made sure everything was perfect for the crown I needed. I loved how he explains things and listens to me as well. I highly recommend Dr. Kwok and his staff.

I have been looking for a new dentist and one day I met this lady who happens to work for this office. After talking to her(Sandra), she gave me their business address and a gift card. A month or so passed, I decided to give them a call and made an appointment(which wasn't hard at all) for cleaning. I came in and was greeted by Dr Kwok who was there very early. He told me to take a sit and wait since they are not open yet. After a few minutes Jasmine, the dental hygienist took me inside and have my X-rays taken. She was very nice and gentle. X-rays were done and Dr Kwok came in to see me and said one of my tooth may need a root canal. We also talked about getting braces . They explained all the pros and cons for both metal and Invisalign. I was satisfied with the care I got.Went outside and talked to Sandra about my insurance and she took really good care of me. She even made the appointment and call the endodontist office for me regarding my root canal. So glad I came in to this clinic. Everyone was awesome. Thank you you Sandra especially

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. Making the appointment was also easy. When you arrive there is ample parking behind the office. I did not have to wait for my appointment, which was nice. My dental hygienist, Jasmine, did a really great job with my teeth cleaning and answered all of my questions. I was experiencing gum sensitivity, and she offered useful tips and reminders on teeth care. Dr. Kwok examined my teeth after my cleaning. He was attentive and explained a small cavity he found. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. It definitely makes you want to come back twice a year!

Dr Keon is patient , gentle and smart. He uses the latest equipment which helps his work. He is just now remodeling his office to make a bigger space. Consequently his pricing is high but competitive. I definitely recommend him to you.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this business. Extremely professional Staff, and great service. I especially enjoying coming for my cleanings by my hygienist Jasmine. She is so kind and does an amazing job! Really happy to have found a dentist office I am comfortable with and confident in.

I just started going to Dr. Kwok´s office and I love it! Everyone is so pleasant, the office is very clean and organized. The staff is very nice considering that I do not like going to the dentist. Sandra, Abby, and the dental hygienist (the one with blue eyes) were so professional and sweet! They made me feel confortable and at ease. My teeth are so sensitive that everytime I go I come out so sore. Luckily, Dr. Kwok is gentle while working on my teeth and considerate with my sensitivities. I highly recommend Dr. Kwok! Take my word for it, you will not regret his services.

I was devastated when my dentist sold his practice. But I must say, I am very happy with Dr Kwok. He is so very kind, gentle, competent and professional. It's easy to ask questions and his front and back office staff are wonderful. Very positive experiences !!
