Dr. Lo is the most responsible and caring doctor I have ever seen! As a GI doctor, he’s very knowledgeable and experienced! I was kinda worried and had a lot of concerns at the beginning. However, Dr. Lo explained all of my questions crystal clear with full of patience, which is very nice! Other than that, the staff in his office were all very kind and polite. I had a colonoscopy and gastroscope done in 6/8/2022, it’s two months passed. None of their staff inform me the result report. I am really disappointed.

I had a very satisfying video consultation with Dr. Sunny Lo. Dr. Lo was very punctual and called me at the exact appointment time. He was very patient and showed a great deal of care. Unlike some other doctors who rushes to end the consultation, Dr. Lo spent more than 30 minutes discussing my case. So irresponsible for patient. Office was close without notification to patient ahead. I arrived office and saw the notice of temporary close on the office door. I kept call the office for 30 mins, finally one lady response the phone. It was strange that receptionist told me I don't have appointment with them on the day. Fortunately, I still save the confirmation message of the date of appointment from their office. After I provide evidence of the message, receptionist withdraw her previous remark, instead of the office system was down a few days ago, so loss patient's information. It was go too far and so rude!
