There's nothing urgent about this facility. Short staffed, if you even sniffle they treat you like you have Covid and make you wait outside with no indicator of when someone might see you. It's terrible. During my 90 minute I was asked the same "what seems to be bothering you today" question by the receptionist, 40 min later the back office staff and 30 minutes after that the doctor. All from my car - no one EVER came out so I left without being treated. Ridiculous!

Everyone that works at Hoag urgent care in Alisa Viejo, does an excellent job. My doctor Bridget was exceptional. Merry Christmas to all

Horrible service, especially Stacie at the front. Would never go back unless it was an extreme emergency. I went in for a bad infection, they told me I was fine and sent me home and threw away my labs without testing them. When I called asking to talk to someone Stacie was rude and dismissive. They did nothing and I had to go someplace else for help, suffering for a week from a horrible infection before I could get into my doctor.

The worst billing I've ever experienced. A complete disaster. Just go somewhere else. Really.

Been 2 weeks since i did covid test here Dec 26th. Still no results. It was a pretty pathetic test as i get tested 23 times week for work at multiple locations and all have done correctly except this place. I always have my results in less than 2 days at other locations. Do not get tested here. Make appt at cvs you wont have to wait 2 weeks or more for results only like 2 days. The NP was rudest thing to walk this earth. Probably didn’t even send the test in which wasn’t performed accurately according to cdc guidelines. I have done 5 tests since dec 26 and have received all results from all 5 tests.

Hoag Aliso Viejo did not send my husband’s PCR test results in a timely manner and sent only the first page of his results. This caused his care to be delayed and I had to do all the legwork. I do not recommend this urgent care. My husband symptoms worsen as we wait and wait for the Regeneron.

For the most part the place is OK. However, yesterday when I went in after I made a reservation system I waited in my hot car for over two hours. I was told I had a fever of over 101 which I didn't as I was hot from sitting in the car. At the end of all that I was told all the tests they performed were negative and to go home and wait for other tests results for 3-5 business days without antibiotics or anything. I got work people! I can't just sit home in pain for a week before you decide to help me! In the mean time, I'm getting worse I'm in so much pain I can't even describe. Today, I was told that they can't do anything for me and if I want to comeback. I love our health care system!!! I'm sure I will get a nice $200+ bill for sitting in my car. What a joke!!!
