Making a “reservation” helped a lot and I felt my wait time was not too long. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Felt like I got the treatment I needed for the issues I was having that day. Heather was quick but precise with her exam.

Terrible patient care and physician. I went in for pain in my ear. Was not told a diagnosis, was Rx'd some oral antibiotics and told to go to an ENT. Was not given any drops to help. Called back to request a refill and was told I would have to come in or set up a virtual visit. How would a virtual visit be help if the ear needs to be rechecked besides charging for another visit. I wish this would have been a decent place but if you want a competent facility, I would look elsewhere.

I had a very pleasant visit. The office is very clean and comfortable. The wait time was short and the staff was very nice and attentive.

Every single time I’ve been there I’ve had a terrible experience with the doctors they treat you like you’re doing something wrong for coming in. Assume you’re trying to get out of work and treat you like you’re wasting there time. I come in on my off day on my own time and spend an hour and a half there to take care of myself and get treated like a bum every time. Completely unhelpful, rude, disrespectful service by the staff, nurses, and doctors. People pay huge copays to feel like bad for coming in. Never will I be coming in I’ve only ever tried because it’s five minutes from my house I will find another place to do with better staff.

Horrible patient care by PA Chelsea. I strongly suggest you don't see her. She didn't listen to me and my prior experience with the same symptoms I went in with today. She clearly didn't care when I expressed my disappointment and she quickly walked away! I will never go back to this office!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE!! 0 Stars. Let me begin by saying that our checkin experience was normal. Although my much higher than normal copay was suspicious but not a battle I was willing to fight being that my son was feeling terrible and was finally ready to seek help, hence us going here. When Dr. David Porzio walked in he began his examination on my son, who was experiencing severe congestion, sinus pressure, eye pressure, headaches, on and off fever, and overall exhaustion from lack of sleep due to all these symptoms. I tried to explain my sons sinus symptoms and was rudely interrupted by Dr. Porzio over and over. My concern was that my sons sinus infection could be bacterial since it was not getting better over time. He's been suffering with worsening symptoms for well over 12 days so it was time to seek medical attention. Dr. Porzio continued to sigh, roll his eyes at me, and accused me of wanting antibiotics for my son and stated we would not be getting them. I too am not a fan of antibiotics, which is why I had waited so long to seek medical attention for my son. Upon trying to explain my concerns, he would interrupt me, speak over me, and stated over and over that he has been a medical dr for 30 years and what my son needed was over the counter Nasonex/Flonase. It actually wasn't his medical advice that was shocking, it was his blatant, dismissive and flat our rudeness. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional. My son and I did walk out of the patient room, no longer allowing this man to verbally mistreat me or my son. His behavior was dismissive, disrespectful, and most importantly unstable. I will be looking into how I can take this further to ensure he can never treat future patients like this again. Upon request for managements contact to make a complaint, I was informed that this was not the first time people have complained about this provider. Shame on you Marque. You know this Dr is mistreating people/patients yet you continue to let him do this to others in their most vulnerable states. Shame on you.

This was my first time at this urgent care and the women who was supposed to be treating me was extremely rude when we came in for a covid test and she was going to give us our results and she treated us very poorly and did not seem to care about how we were feeling and made us feel very uncomfortable and unwanted after this experience I don't see myself ever going back to this urgent care seems like a toxic environment!

DR. Brittany was very nice. She listened to me and talked with me before she checked my Ears.
