List of Shannon M. Oconnor's Reviews
I have had a great experience with Dr. O'Connor and all the PA's I have seen at this office. They are my go-to for annual visits, prescriptions, and concerns.
She is a great doctor. I have been very happy with her care for over 12 years. Unfortunately the office has too many rules that require you to go multiple times a year for refills on stable medications that you have been on for years. They refused to refill my husbands blood pressure medications. I have been out of work for 6 months this year with minimal income so I was not able to afford the office visit. I am working again, but will be looking for another MD. It is too hard to get in to see Dr. O'Connor who made me feel like a real person. I don't like having to see someone else who doesn't know my issues when you walk in.
This office is horrible!!! My Stepfather died and we called to get my Mom anti depressant or anxiety they need even called back!! My Mom died 7 days later of broken heart caused by stress.this would be the last place I would ever go to
I selected Dr. O'Connor off of my insurance network because I could tell from looking at her picture that she was a kind & caring person. I went in for my yearly physical a couple of days ago and found that she was not only kind & caring but she was also patient, thorough and knowledgeable too. Thanks to the front desk receptionist, the nurses & Dr. O'Connor my visit there was very pleasant.🤗
Staff, Dr. does not facilitate urgent care in a knowledgeable, caring, conscientious manner. 2 month treatment delays and incorrect referrals caused a (1) "trigger" finger diagnosis to deteriorate to (3) fingers ruptured tendons and surgery which may have limited range of motion.
Dr. O'Connor is wonderful; caring, attentive, and always proactive. I've been incredibly happy with the care I've received from her. The staff is always kind and works incredibly hard to keep things efficient and quick. Having an urgent care is a great plus.
Dr O’connor is wonderful and caring if you can see her. I have been seeing her for about 4 years. It used to be that you could see her once a year for your physical. This year I was told that I would have to see someone else who’s title I not sure of. They were not any of the PA’s I had seen in the past. I told that I would only be able to see Dr O’connor if they found a problem during in exam. I wasn’t able to get a flu shot or shingle shot or fill my prescriptions either at my yearly visit. I was told I would have to make another appointment to get prescriptions refilled. I told them that I work and had taken the day off for the physical. I am also unable to get there by 5:00 PM and after hours would have to pay a co-payment. It is really ashamed that we have lost the physician, patient relationships.
Awesome doctor - super informative, thorough, and personable. All around very likable. I'm glad I found her. The staff was great as well. As much as I hated it, I ended up being that dreadful late patient because of work. I called to let them know about my tardiness and the staff nicely accommodated me. Thanks, everyone! :)
My dad is a patient, and I can not say enough wonderful things about Dr. O'Connor and the rest of the doctors and staff. They absolutely go above and beyond for my dad.
She is wonderful. Takes her time. Very professional. Very helpful. I’ve been seeing her for over 10 years. I trust her completely!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
