I do not recommend this clinic. They will not give you a prescription refill at all, want you to make an appointment and come in every time a routine prescription is required even though refills are available on the prescription bottle. The first time this happened I did make an appointment. Waited 25 minutes. Saw PA for 2 minutes and cost me a co-pay. Ridiculous! I found another clinic that is amazing and doesn’t require an office visit for refills
Just awful. PA’s are ignorant, uncaring and without compassion. I experienced a “PA in-training” appointment which was very uncomfortable aside from all the other PA appointments. I am not comfortable getting care there. Have not seen Dr O’Connor. Furthermore they refer you to specialists that they know it is hard to get an appointment with so I had to physically show up and ask for an appointment. With other referrals, worst yet, once you do get an appointment, the specialist cancels and asks you to wait another three months. Oh, but this is healthcare. I’m going to die before I get an answer.
Have not received a return call to make an appointment, and I was previously a patient. The only method they provide to make an appointment is to leave a message. I suspect I'm purposely not receiving a call because I have an HMO. Thoroughly disappointed in the service.
Dr O’Connor is great but you can never see her. You will see a NP 99% of the time and if you request Dr O’Connor specifically her schedule is usually a month or two out.
Staff & Dr. were kind, patient & thorough completing my history as a new patient. I feel Dr O'Connor heard and respected my concerns & needs... hugely appreciated especially in how im feeling..looking forward to overall health. Thank you !!
Tami I have been seeing Dr O'Connor for over 15 years. Both she and her staff are easy to talk to and friendly. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
I have had a great experience with Dr. O'Connor and all the PA's I have seen at this office. They are my go-to for annual visits, prescriptions, and concerns.
The physician is great, the office not so much She is a great doctor. I have been very happy with her care for over 12 years. Unfortunately the office has too many rules that require you to go multiple times a year for refills on stable medications that you have been on for years. They refused to refill my husbands blood pressure medications. I have been out of work for 6 months this year with minimal income so I was not able to afford the office visit. I am working again, but will be looking for another MD. It is too hard to get in to see Dr. O'Connor who made me feel like a real person. I don't like having to see someone else who doesn't know my issues when you walk in.
Staff, Dr. does not facilitate urgent care in a knowledgeable, caring, conscientious manner. 2 month treatment delays and incorrect referrals caused a (1) "trigger" finger diagnosis to deteriorate to (3) fingers ruptured tendons and surgery which may have limited range of motion.
This office is horrible!!! My Stepfather died and we called to get my Mom anti depressant or anxiety they need even called back!! My Mom died 7 days later of broken heart caused by stress.this would be the last place I would ever go to

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
