List of Providence Health & Services's Reviews
I've called their office since early this morning and still I cannot get through, or even get a call back after entering my phone number. I contacted St. Jude online and emailed back & forth with Kavenna. Kavenna was very nice, but even she admitted that she could not get through. I have an urgent health matter but can't follow up with anyone about it. It's always like this. I'm very stressed about it.
We had an appointment booked 2 months in advance for our 6 month old. My wife showed up this morning and the receptionist told her that all their appointments were wiped and they couldn't see our daughter. They claimed they left my wife a voicemail when the appointments got wiped, but when she combed through her past VMs there wasn't anything left by the office. Not only would they not see her that day, but they wouldn't even work with us on squeezing her in the following week or even month. They want us to wait until July before coming in again. It is disappointing because we like the medical staff, but because of the incompetence of the front office I will have to find a new pediatrician.
Dr. Bhalla is the best.
Dr Grenier - Podiatry is the BEST!!!He and his staff helped me with custom modifications of my shoe inserts which helps my feet! The Medical Assit G and the Wound Care Rn...I never did anything like this in RN School, these girls got Skills!!!
Convenient location. Nice staff.
Reviewing a doctor's office can be tricky. Each person's experience will vary depending on their provider, insurance (unfortunately), and the interaction with the office staff. Our experience has been nothing but positive. Dr. Steve Kwon is our child's pediatrician. Both my wife and I are in healthcare, so we have a pretty good gauge when it comes to other healthcare providers. Dr. Kwon is really one of the best. He is friendly and caring, and we really couldn't ask for anything more. Our experience with the nurses and the front office staff has been great as well.
i am absolutely appalled. I called in a few days before my appointment to make sure I was able to walk in at 3:15 instead of 3:10 because i had school. They told me I had nothing to worry about and I could walk in right at 3:15 and they would assist me. LIES. I walked in at 3:15 on the dot and they turned me away saying I was late and i should've been punctual. they said that they were and i quote "too busy". the next appointment wasn't until late february. ITS JANUARY. i can't believe my experience was this terrible. This was my first experience here but i've learned my lesson. never going here again
Vanessa is records is awful! So rude and unhelpful. Trying to get records for surgery and she made it so impossible . Medical offices need to remember that these are people’s personal lives and with the medical field comes upset in finding out you are not healthy. A bit of empathy from the front office staff would be greatly appreciated... you represent your doctors people !!
Wow, staff is so unprofessional. I was scheduled for a 4:15pm lab procedure. They leave me a voicemail at 3:50pm asking if I can come in @ 4:00pm, same day as my appointment. while I am already driving there, on a Friday in awful traffic. I show up literally 2 minutes late for my normal appointment and they tell me that their lab shows up at 4:45pm and they need more than 30 minutes to do the work, so they “don’t think they can do it”. After 15 minutes of making no attempt to solve the issue, they tell me I can come back Monday. No apology, no consideration for my time. If fact the receptionist had the audacity to complain that I showed up a couple minutes late, like that would change anything about the situation? Even if I was there on time, there wasn’t enough time to check me in, draw my blood and get it ready for lab, so your answer is to make me more upset about the situation like any of it is my fault? So terrible! And of course they say there is no manager for me to talk to... they were probably hiding in their office.
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this facility. 3 separate times within the last 6 months my daughter woke up to a 7:30 a.m. voicemail canceling her appointment for THAT DAY either due to booking errors or the doctor not coming in. On another occasion our family experienced a major misdiagnosis for a very simple condition found by a very simple and routine test. This misdiagnosis caused unnecessary trauma and health issues which all could have been avoided. We now go to Dr. Berry in Anaheim Hills located in the Ralph's shopping center. If you are like most people..busy and make arrangements with work, school etc. so you can care for your health appropriately, I would not risk it. If you are like most and go to the doctor to maintain health and treat health-related conditions effectively, I would not risk it. Irresponsible, unprofessional and incompetent are adjectives that come to mind when I think of my family's experiences at this office. We are much happier now that we are going to a different facility. Appointments kept and no misdiagnosis! The stress, anxiety, and health issue this facility has caused displays such medical incompetence it is absolutely scary to see they are still in practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
