Customer service at the Front Desk is always lacking. The personnel behind the counter looks unhappy and is unable to smile even if they were paid in chicken nuggets. The wait once admitted never fells to be at least 30 to 40 minutes for a simple cleaning. The technicians all look hopeless and confused. There seems to be a lack of organization and management not taking charge. Today was no exception. In fact it was so unorganized, that not even the technician could log into the computer. How sad is that! I hope there is a hard restructure of how this business operates and attends to its clients. For now, I am no longer a client and wish them all well. Happy Holidays!

Great dental work here. Been going here for over 35 years . I had my implants and unbreakable crowns. Excellent work. Very nice work.

Very caring fast and efficient, I had been struggling to get my ruptured wisdom tooth removed for the past two months with my previous dentist they made it impossible to get an appointment, a friend recommended 7 day dental I called this after and got an appointment for the same day and got the tooth removed the same day extraction took no longer than 10 min total felt no pain whatsoever. Dr. Chuck Lee and nurse Letty were very welcoming and helpful.
