The doctors are fantastic! The staff... . They need better inter office communication, and a one of their receptionists needs refresh course in customer relations.

Dr. Tsui was so kind and caring during my appointment today. She took her time to explain things to me. This was a refreshing change from the previous eye doctor I had at the Institute two years ago. That doctor was dismissive and condescending. That's why it took so long for me to go back. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about Dr. Tsui.

I love Acuity Eye Group they make sure you have a eye exam every year the way it's supposed to be. A lot us forget to make an appointment they make sure you schedule an appointment before you and then they remind you when appointment is getting close. Everyone that works there are very nice

I like Acuity in Anaheim Hills, Dr.Nancy Tsui is very nice and super compassionate, I went there today as wall in, with urgent need for eye evaluation, the front desk staff were very prompt and concerned, they help me to see Dr. Nancy. I highly recommend this location for your eye needs.

It was 75° outside this morning, so the thought of bringing along a winter overcoat did not cross my mind. When I arrived and checked in I mentioned that it was cold. After waiting for about 10 minutes I was called in, and mentioned to the lady helping me that I was very cold and getting colder by the minute. Finally, the doctor saw me, and by that time I was very, very cold and asked her if there was something that could be done. She went to check, because she said she was cold too. Someone had turned the thermostat down to 50. Acuity is a fine medical facility, but needs to be sure someone is concerned for patients. I should not have had to ask 3 different people about the "meat-locker" office temperatures.
