WORST PLACE EVER DONT GO HERE. This business sucks, they have you waiting 4 hours+ for urgent care. The staff in front which consist of 3 girls are super rude. They are no help, please go somewhere else you have better chance of getting help without the rude employees and the long 4+hours.

Had X-rays no results or follow ups…. on hold forever and nobody even calls back… you have some great doctors and staff. Quit working them like dogs!!!

This place lacks customer service and only cares about insurance claims.  Go elsewhere.

I use to wk when it was on lincoln, dr unprofessional and i only use to clean clinic but the superviser there Marco Fleites total jerk he uae to go out with a cleaner there so he let me go so i wouldnt say anything to his wife Altamed is more like a motel no tel they dont care about there patients i wd overhear nurses talkabout patients after they left and the P A THOUGHT THEYWERE GODS GIFTS LOL.

My appointment to get a strep throat test was at 10:30. I'm still standing here pass 11:05 waiting for someone to take two seconds to swab my tonsil. They require you to stand outside, in the heat, to not infect anyone. Thirsty can't leave cuz god forbid I do they'd finally come out for the two seconds it's going to take to swab my throat. Really???

Doctors REFUSED to help me and allowed me to sit in a room for an hour before telling me that they were not going to assist me with what I had came in with. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE, ever since I have been suffering physically and I was told I would have to reschedule an appointment. Unprofessional and unhelpful.

My mom was unfortunate enough to try and get her COVId vaccine here.  She made an appointment, which was supposed to be 65+ age group, but when she arrived she was waiting in a long line with people that were way under 65.  She waited outside in line for 3 hours before deciding it wasn't worth it and leaving.

I recently took my daughter to Alta Med in Anaheim. The insurance was through her work and she had a head cold, not COVID with fever and all that but definitely a cold. I called my primary care physician at Hoag Irvine to confirm it was a cold in any event. We went into the facility and the security guy was nice and helpful although I had trouble understanding him because of the masks. When I got to the door I was treated like a criminal. The short woman security guard was ordering us around telling me I couldn't come in and almost challenging me to try. Worst customer service ever!!!! Just impolite and way too aggressive. When the people at the counter explained to my daughter that the COVID policy was only the patient could come in it made sense once it was explained to me in a reasonable manner. Mostly we got okay treatment and some insurance is better than none but how can these people hire such an insensitive person as security for people who are sick?

Dr Helen Sy is the best Dr. She is so caring and understanding. And also the nurses really help you while u wait for the dr.
