No stars if i could They cancled my 6 week pp csection check up the morning of. after it took forever to get it. im now 9 weeks pp my disability has paused They wont call me back to reschedule ive called so many times to reschedule all they say is they will call back. Also had bad experience my last few months of pregnancy due to my appointments being cancled alot too. Dr George Ahad is a great Dr hes not the problem. but his assistant nurses not so nice. They would cancel my prenatal appointments but would write on my portal that I saw the dr already when I did not.than changed to i cancled them :/ and now the appointments are gone from my portal. Im still waiting for that call back :/ .

If you're wondering how shitty is altmed care is. Went in a couple of weeks ago for a referral for my anxiety, still haven't gotten a call about three weeks now they put me on meds that didn't help went into urgent care 04/15/2026 and the urgent care doctor wouldn't prescribe me my anxiety medicine but instead writes the behavioral health #(855)425-1777 tells me to call them and that was it. The I FINALLY call that stupid number today who said they COULDNT HELP ME BECAUSE I HAVE A REFERRAL. Oh but they could redirect me to CalOptima. What the actual fuck are you people even doing? No wonder why mental health is complete shit in California. Come here if it's your only and last choice.

We ultimately chose not to move forward with this office, but I wanted to share our experience. During our visit, I did not feel a strong sense of compassion or understanding for my daughter’s situation. The communication felt clinical and somewhat impersonal, and at times I felt spoken to in a condescending way rather than as a collaborative partner in her care. My daughter has additional needs, and I was hoping to work with a team that felt comfortable navigating those considerations with flexibility and understanding. When I raised a potential medical factor (MTHFR) simply to ensure appropriate precautions, it led to added requirements and delays before she could even be seen. While I understand the intention to be cautious, the approach felt rigid and significantly delayed access to care. We were also advised to manage her dental pain with Tylenol while being placed on a 3 month waitlist. This effectively meant relying on acetaminophen for an extended period without addressing the underlying issue, which did not feel like an appropriate or safe plan for a young child. Overall, the experience left me with limited confidence in their ability to manage more complex or time-sensitive cases, particularly when individualized care is needed. For that reason, we chose to seek care elsewhere.

The workers and the doctors and dentists and all the staff have always been kind and helpful to me. I am very grateful for all their help. 🙏🩷

Dr. Alsammarraie is a God send. Truly the nicest, kindest and most skilled dentists I have ever had. He was 1000% born to do this job. Honest, and straightforward, yet gentle and reassuring. I cannot say enough good things about him and the office. He has helped me throughout a treatment process and made what was otherwise a headache (or toothache) a total breeze. He also skillfully completed a filling in no time, with no pain or pressure, and everything was perfect! Do not hesitate to contact his office, they are wonderful! Alexa and Mark are also great at what they do. They're kind and compassionate and do their best by the patient. All of the women at the front desk are extremely kind, and not only do they assist you in scheduling your appointments and changing your appointments, but they will also give you a courtesy phone calls, and text messages to remind you on upcoming appointments. They've always treated me wonderfully here. Everyone here is a class act!

El servicio es muy malo. No ay coordinación, parece que nadie te quiere atender. 🤒🥺

Llege a las 12:15 pm me dicen que hasta las 2:00 siguen atendiendo porque la doctora sale al lonche..que regresara a la 1:30 para registrarme..a esto ya eran las 12:45 y decidí esperar pero a la 1:10 la recepcionista me dice que tengo que esperar afuera en mi carro o en otra parte pero no podía esperar ahí porque no había ni enfermera ni doctora y si algo me pasaba nadie me podía ayudar..me fui al carro y ala 1:35 regreso para registrarme, pero el de seguridad me detiene en la puerta y dice no puede entrar hasta las 2:00 y le digo que la señora me dijo a la 1:30 ..en fin no me dejo entrar..creo que es mejor cerrar el urgencias si no tienen personal..o pongan los horarios en la web..yo busque urgent care de altamed cerca de mi y en esta decía abierto..asi que por eso llegue aquí y esta cerrado..lo malo es que no tienen otras urgent care cerca y no hay mas

Me cambié para Altamed porque según que es muy bueno pr no se que que está pasando fui a mi cita de prenatales y mi ginecólogo no estaba. Pr resulta que no tienen citas disponibles y me dejaron mi cita hasta el 29 de diciembre y se me hace mucho tiempo. Yo ya tengo 34 semanas de embarazo ya me tendrían que estar monitoriando a cada semana.
