Made an appointment a week before, came 30min early just to find out my appointment was cancelled.Front reception lady claims she called me and left me a mesaage but never got a call. Not even a voicemail so who did you call Ms? And next available appointment will be 2 weeks from today so thank you, made me decide I should go with different network

Ese Lugar no sabe nada mi hija Tenia k hir para k le llenaran unos papeles para la escuela le Tenia k Dar una segunda dosis de vacuna y le dijeron k tenia k empesar el tratamiento otra ves lo hisimos ese die empesar otra ves regresamos el Sabado como me dijeron para k ellos vieran si here negativo despues me dieron cita para ahoy abril 26 para darle la segunda dosis y me disen k no la coupa ni ellos saben k hacer no se como tienen trabajo ahy unos me disen k si la ocupay otros k no nunca la atendieron no le dieron la segunda dosis no pianos regresar a esa clinica nadie sabe nada y lo peor no tienen comunicasion entre ellos solo se la pasan platicando sin poner atencion a so trabajo

Very good doctor to go there. The only thing I don’t like is the waiting time sometimes they make you wait for hours event if you have a appointment. Other then that the stuff are friendly and the doctor as well. every time I go they always make sure everything is ok .

10 minutes late to my appointment when I have a broken ankle and cannot even walk and they said your doctors done for the day because you were late. She says theres no grace period you just have to be on time. Lol is this a joke? I feel like I'm being punked. So far this has been a really bad health group. They provide less than adequate service and no compassion for patients.

I have been meaning to write this for some time. In April 2019 my kids and I were in a car accident. My son needed xrays. While at the visit my son decided he also wanted to see about getting help for depression he had been experiencing. When he told Dr. Amelia Taut that it was because our dog had died and it’s been hard for him to deal with she laughed and was very stern in saying “it’s just a dog, get another geez, you’re a man” nonetheless I told her that was awful and that she needed to work on her empathy.My son is 17 and it took a lot for him to be open. That visit has caused a scar on his ability to trust in being open with how he feels.We will never and wish to never run into another doctor with a lack of compassion. It can be life altering.
