Dr. Bali is so nice, with an excellent health care services. Her staff also helped me a lot to coordinate appointment for consultation as also for Colonoscopy. Dr. Bali reviewed the reports in detail and guided so nicely that I was feeling safe and relax for my test with severe heart condition. Thank you very much Dr. Bali and all the Team members. Tried making a new patient appointment I called 10 times in a row before a rude little girl just answered and put me on hold she NEVER came back on after 20 minutes of holding they picked up the line and hung it up VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OFFICE IF YOUR FRONT OFFICE STAFF IS NOT PROFESSIONAL NIETHER IS THE DOCTOR so just call your insurance they will have no problem referring you to another specialist like I just did.

I have been going to Doctor Ambika for more than 10 years. Doctor Ambika is very professional, knowledgeable, and the most kindest of all. Doctor Ambika makes you feel comfortable and cares. Dr Bali has been treating my mother since 2018. Doctor Bali has very high ethics, cares tremendously for her patients and is highly dedicated. Her staff members are very dedicated and follow up the calls promptly. Dr Bali takes action. She is very highly experienced, thorough and has a tremendous expertise in her gastric, rectal, colon and liver specialties. My mother has several serious abdomen pain, gastric, chronic acidity digestive and constipation problems for many years. I showed her to many highly experienced specialists and they recommended many tests. After doing many tests and they were not able to diagnose precisely (pinpoint) why she was having the pain. Dr Bali recommended gastro and abdomen related tests and performed procedures and was able to diagnose the problem of the abdomen pain. She prescribed the medicines and was able to alleviate the abdomen pain. In other words, she was able to find the root cause of the problem and the best suitable medical treatment.

Dr Ambika is a very nice doctor, her staff was very nice too. After 20 years, I recently had my first appointment with Dr Bali, and I am happy with the medical attention I received.

First my husband had an appointment dec 9th 2019. He took the day off work to get there and be told he doesnt have an appointment. The office was dirty and looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. That should have been our first clue not to go back.. Today was his rescheduled appointment. I had to have surgery and I'm being discharged today. He called to reschedule his appointment and the woman that first answered hung up on him. Then he called back and the same woman put him on hold and someone else answered. These receptionists are rude and unprofessional. This is no way to run a business let alone a medical office.

Sad very sad staff are very busy ! They don't have respect and politeness to talk to the new Patient ! Very rude and Dr Soni listen to the staff but not interested in patient problem in the beginning how can you expect good result of Medical treatment ! My parents are 90 and 88 years old visit them in the morning but some how Appoitment was not there recorded and our Primary Dr send us there but we except the human error ready to take 22 oct Appointment but Stefanoy staff in the middle of my conversation with receptionist she interrupted and angrily said : We are very busy you do not have appointment today we cannot take you today ? Why she need to be angry ? I said I am not talking with you ? Be respectful. Horrible experience! They lost our respect and left the office ! They call us back to schedule the appointment! Before was 22 Nd Oct now 9th Oct Friday !! We refuse to go there ! Shame on the clinic and they treat patient very rudely !! In Today's world Money Money and Medicare Patient they love it ! But they treat elderly person like Animals !! Shame on you Dr and Staff of the clinic !!!! Do Not be there as a Patient ! No respect No visit ! Think Thousand time !!! Will you visit the place where they insult you ? Why go there ?? Think About it ???????

Would never recommend this doctor to anyone. She is incompetent and treat her staff like shit! She avoids safe guidelines just to do her case and get payed!
