I had a very disappointing experience at Anaheim Dental on Cotella Avenue. The financial coordinator, Teresa, and her supervisor escalated a simple conversation into a confrontation and even threatened to call the police, falsely claiming they were "in fear for their lives." I never yelled, cursed, or behaved aggressively -- I was calm the entire time. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated and disrespected as a patient.

The dentists are ok i guess but office staff are terrible. They are very discourteous despite I use a wheelchair. I wish I could get a refund of all services performed. It’s very close is the inly reason I have gone there and they have very kate hours some nights but they treat disabled people like sheet

They are professional but it's like going to a used car lot i went to another dentist for a second opinion and what they said my insurance didn't cover the second dentist said everything was covered by my insurance not cool trying to get $2,400 from me and having me leave in excruciating pain that was not cool at all i would not recommend them to anyone whatsoever. The building where the office is located doesn't look very good, but who cares? The staff is very kind and caring. I have cancer and have been going to a lot of medical offices for different exams, consultations and medical care. I am usually OK, but had a hard time today. The Doctor and entire staff were very attentive and tried to accommodate my needs. I am upset that I need 2 crowns and some small fillings, but am looking forward to having my teeth fixed. I only had XRays and cleaning today, I will be returning to the Clinic for the rest of my treatment once my Insurance Company approves it. I want to be treated here, where I felt I mattered. Thank you!

Once I'm done with my root canal treatment and get my crown I'm not coming back here unless it's an emergency and no other place is open Fillings popped out twice and wasted my time with very little sleep because of the wait time Make sure the dentist is the one doing your filling and not the assistant or you'll end up like me
