I was there this morning 3/19 its was the worst service, worst clinic, worst everything. First I had a mammogram at 10am when I got there the lobby was full. People without mask which was crazy. There were two girls in the front Marilyn and a girl in the blue. It took 40 minute to get checked in I only figured this out because people that got there after me were going before me. So I went and asked Marilyn if she checked me in and she said in a very loud voice “YES YES I’M WORKING ON IT RIGHT NOW” I said “why! I was here first!” She got all defensive told me those people had appointments two weeks ago and had priority. Obviously she was so loud that the whole lobby heard and everyone got upset. I sat back down thinking how ridiculous and unprofessional she was. She then in her loud voice started talking smack about the patients in the lobby which were right front of here “why are they complaining its not my fault omg so rude of people they need to relax!” she kept going the whole time I was there. she was the most unprofessional gossiper. I was there for 3 hours in the lobby waiting!! The only reason why I knew her name was Marilyn because of how loud she was “HI THIS MARILYN “ telling everyone there intimacy! Everyone on phone she talk to the whole lobby there medical history which is embarrassing. At one point she screamed across the room “ARE YOU SURE NO URINALYSIS!” She needs to get fired. Wow, if OSHA or any medical professional would hear how this place is run it would be shut down immediately. I’m a medical professional and I’m never coming back here ever!

anaheim medical group offers rapid antigen test free with medical insurance. just walk in and you dont need to make  appointment. we will get you in and out within 20 minutes. you get results right away. if you are travelling, the airlines need a negative covid test. and also if you are attending any events a negative covid test is required. we can come to you if your company would like to covid test your employess ,then give us a call and we would be happy to come to you if you have 10 or more people .please come in and no appointment necessary. we take all insurance. if no insurance we take master card or visa and the cost is 100.00  we appreciate your business please walk in anytime. our hours are from 10 am to 6pm mon through friday sat 9 to 5. closed sunday.

Very rude just called about some Xrays for my 14 yr daughter and nurse said No we dont see pediatrics only 18 and over and hung up

Covid testing starts at 9 but seemsnot working cause 4 people was tested at 10. Line doesn’t move. This is ridiculous.

Staff is very rude and customer service is horrible, couldn't even hold the door open for an elderly lady that could barely walk. The girls have a mean attitude and it's clear they don't have a solid system down. Had people waiting right behind us just to come out and tell them they weren't taking anymore patients. That was messed up. Then you take the test, they tell you 10 minutes and your lucky if you get it with thin and hour. Saw multiple people standing around waiting. And they don't even offer email. Weak spot but one of the few that was taking walk in. I wouldn't recommend unless you are in dire need.

This place is just terrible. Yes, they do offer the free Rapid test with insurance BUT.... They are just so unorganized . They need a better system to attend people bc it's only walk ins and that's the problem. There's just SO MANY people wanting to get a rapid Covid test that everyone gets frustrated waiting there literally HOURS. I went there when they opened at 9. I waited up to 2 pm and my whole family had already gotten tested except for me and my daughter. I called and said I had 4 more people infront of me so I decided to wait. 3 pm came along and I was already fed up with this service. I callled again and said I had 2 people infront of me. Out of a whole over an hour, only 2 people got attended? This is ridiculous. STOP THE WALK INS. I waited another 30 mins to get tested. And mind you it says 15 mins to wait for your results. I had to wait ANOTHER 40 mins for my results. When my family got positive results, they had someone (doc) give them extra papers and verbally tell them how to take extra care and what vitamins to take etc. When I came for my results, the front ladies just stuck their hand out the door ... JUST THEIR HAND... to give  me my result paper and told me nothing else .... Will never come here again. I understand the staff is overwhelmed but they are just plain rude and this place needs a better system to provide tests to help their staff and the patients.

Sunday's online hours are incorrect. They say 9:00am- 5:00pm. I came in at 3:00pm to get a negative Covid test so I can get back to work. Had I known they closed at 3:00pm I would have been here earlier in the day.
