Anaheim Urgent Care - Euclid Street's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been coming to this urgent care for more then 2 years now. I have never had a bad experience. I recently went and was seen by Dr. Ayaz she is amazing. I had a big abscesses under one of my breast due to having HS. Usually some doctors will only prescribe me antibiotics and send me home (depending on where my abscesses is located at) or drain it. I was in so much pain that when I got seen I was crying. She decided to drain my abscess and felt way better after. I’m really glad she was there that day because I couldn’t deal with the pain anymore. Thank you Dr.Ayas and to all that staff that works there❤️

I've been coming here for a few years now and this place is always polite, clean and fast. I've been to other places before but this is definitely my go to!

I am very thankful for Anaheim emergency care! I had a very bad infected wound. I didn't realize how bad it was until I found AUC. The doctor was able to identify the problem and did what she had to do to fix my problem. Right away I was feeling better and the kindness and professional staff are amazing!!! I highly recommend this clinic when trying to decide or are searching. The doctors are so nice and the staff we all so good to me! THANK YOU ANAHEIM URGENT CARE!

Needed an X-ray for my son. Staff here is very nice, great customer service. Very tentative to my son concern on his baseball injury

I came here earlier with severe stomach pain and I had to bring my 5 month old with me. The nurses were so helpful during my check up. They let the doctor do their job and helped me with my baby. I really appreciate their kindness and helpfulness thx a lot

Came here for a TB test skin. I wanted to pay the one time fee of $40 for the test but the staff tells me to go through my insurance which will cover 100% and I don't have to pay anything. So I went ahead with that than come 2 days later when I came back to get my TB skin read and the staff there tells me that my insurance doesn't cover 100% and my deductible is $165. After paying the $165, 1 month later I received my EOB so according to my insurance, my deductible was only $91.96 not $165. Call the billing department and was told I will receive a refund check mailed to me. Instead of getting a refund check I got a bill for $82. Unbelievable....If you have insurance Double check your EOB claim because this place will over charge you. You will pay more on patient responsibility than what you are supposed to. Not only that, they will bill you several time for the same services that you already pay. They overcharged me and instead of giving me a refund/credit to my account, they send me a bill asking for more money. I will file a complaint with BBB.

Excellent service and it was super fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Poormehr is knowledgebale and was patient to see what was wrong with me. Beena was very friendly and caring. Maurice, the Xray tech, was professional in his work and Jasmine, front desk, was very welcoming. I am happy that I live close to this urgent care facility as there are people ready to help when needed.

Came in for a UTI. Not new to this, have had them for many years and know without a doubt when I have them. If anyone’s ever had one they know the urgency feeling you get. The facility was not busy and yet 50 minutes into it and I’m still in the room awaiting results as I hear a trading session going on outside my door. 😒

Wait time was great, maybe five minutes.  Jasmine, at front desk, was really nice. I was told upfront what the charges would be with my insurance, before services were rendered. The doctor, Leila, is excellent! She was Thorough, kind, caring and explained everything that I needed to know about my fracture (yep, I had a minor fracture).  Mauricio, the XRay Tech, was really thoughtful, caring and helpful with getting me fitted with the correct walking boot.I left feeling really well cared for.

Awesome experience every time I visit here which is why I always visit here.  I was just there yesterday and the place was clean as always and the staff is polite and efficient.  Beena took care of me and I could not have felt more at home.  Her manners and care is what makes Anaheim Urgent Care a place to go.
