The physician Heather here is absolute trash. The first time I went in she completely disregarded all my symptoms and said the white spots on my throat is "food" and didn't give me any prescription, refused to give me a doctor's note, and told me to just take over the counter medicine and I'd be fine before I have to go into work. My symptoms worsened and I went back 2 days later, saw a different physician and was told I have strep throat! I got a doctor's note and prescription following this, but it was really frustrating that I had to go in twice and that I was given such a ridiculous diagnosis from a "professional".

pretty nice place. staff is kind and jovial and as someone lacking insurance at the moment the out of pocket was relatively cheap. the doctor was kinda indifferent but overall come to this place 1st for your clinic needs.pros/cons:+no appointment necessary+walk ins+kind staff-slightly longish wait time-doctor was kinda mean-

I’m not a fan of going to hospitals, but I went in and got Cindy as my doctor and she was amazingly sweet and made me feel at ease.

Went here to get a rapid covid test done, that was approved through my insurance. I got to the front desk and was told I needed to pay for it based on my deductible not being met which was inaccurate. My insurance provider had to call ans talk to them and related the information and they still couldn't understand why I didn't need to pay as they were looking at the same screen information as my insurance representative. I waited for a covid test out in my car for well over 20 mins which was fine but instead of calling me they called my emergency contact instead of me when my number is on the information sheet. They are extremely unorganized and no one seems to no what is going on or who's helping who. They don't know how to check people's insurance information properly. As someone who is going to school to be a nurse myself I am very disappointed in the organization and professionalism of this Urgent Care facility. These type of financial mistakes when your talking about insurance and large somes of money out of pocket should not be made in this type of facility. I understand mistakes happen but it was one after another in a short amount of time. I definitely will not be coming back.
